      Sunset cruise was relaxing
We really enjoyed sailing on the sunset cruise. The drinks were fantastic and the food was really good as well. The staff was very friendly and ensured everyone was able to get a few pictures. It was a great way to end our week on vacation.

Too many people, no sailing and grayish snorkeling
This excursion was a bit of a disappointment. We set sail only on the way back from snorkeling and only the fock and still used the motor. So I would not call this a sailing trip. The boat was so crowded with many many people which probably made us not sail. There was really loud music playing which even disturbed my 16 yo son. The snorkeling it self was mediocre, anchoring together with 4 other boats with plenty of people just out of Nassau. However the crew was great! Happy and willing to make the best of the cruise with what was available.

      Great Nassua Snorkeling/cruise experience!
We booked this excursion while in the Bahamas for a Bachelorette party - there were 10 girls total and we had a fantastic time! We were staying in the Bahamas, so we did not come in off a cruise ship (but shared our catamaran with cruise-shippers, so friendly to either type of tourist). The port where pick-up/drop-off was easy to find, right next to Margheritaville so enjoyed a drink while we waited since we arrived early. It was a short trip to the actual snorkel site, so there was not much to do other than that, but perfect for us, we enjoyed it. Crew was amazing! Would definitely recommend.

the dinner on board Seahorse sunset cruise was nothing special but the sunset was spectacular
Thankfully the dinner cruise was better organised for departure than the snorkling trip. There was no one available at the assigned dock and no one to advise us which boat etc. we were to board and the bloody thing left without us. Not impressed!!

      Sunset sail from Paradise Island
Second year in a row doing this sunset sail. Its a great evening activity. Its best when the catamaran isn't completely full. Both years we've been lucky enough to have plenty of room to spread out, but I've seen other boats leave the marina very packed. Our sail this year was rather uneventful, just a quiet, relaxing sail around the harbor enjoying the breeze and sights of Paradise island.

      Awesome and Friendly Service
My daughter and I took the dinner cruise on the first day of our trip. It was a wonderful way to start the trip. The food was delicious and the staff was great fun. They are also very accommodating and go out of their way for their customers. We had a bit of a hard time finding the loading spot so the boat was already pulling away when we arrived... they called the boat back for us so we could board. You don't often find service like this! Thanks Again for the great time!!!

      Ok but not extraordinary...
We booked their catamaran sailing cruise out of our hotel. While booking was convenient it got to a rough start. Our pick up left us at the marina on time but when we got there we were told to wait 15 mins for the boat. Well... needless to say those "15 minutes quickly turned into 45. Now I'm all about soaking the sun but after 45 minutes of just waiting around we were close to asking for a refund. The catamaran finally got there and we were off. The ride was great and so was the music but the highlight of the trip was a cute family that was on the ship. I must say the kids were the ones providing the entertainment. With that said it was good and the staff was nice but they need to work on their timeliness and entertainment.

      Bahamas' snorkeling
After a catamaran ride to the beautiful snorkeling spot, the crew went thru the required "how to" of basic info with efficiency and humor. Great spot...lots of species of fish. FUN. Plus...rum punch on the trip back...what more could you want! Thanks Lisa and crew!

      Dont waste your money
We went on there sunset dinner cruise, I'm a avid boater who has a lot of boating experience, so I was excited to take my wife out on this dinner experience, we left the dock and almost immediately we were behind a cruise ship departing the harbor, We followed very slowly behind it and as we came up to the harbor entrance we turned around and headed back in the direction we came from, we then motored to the other side of harbor, my wife said why are we staying in the harbor and motoring away from sunset? Good question! about half way across harbor dinner was served...a buffet that consisted of rice, chicken (bland) ribs and salad.....average at best....seating was limited and cramped, you had to hold plate over lap and try to eat....then came the complementary rum drink.....a 4 ounce dixy cup of rum punch...yes that's right 4 ounces and no taste of rum in it.....my wife couldn't believe it.....we then finished motoring across harbor and the for fifteen minutes they put up the jib sail......yes only 15 minutes......and the returned to dock.........$129.00 cruise and 60 in taxi fares completely wasted......Do yourself a favor and just go out to a nice restaurant instead!

Lovely dinner and just my speed
My college age daughter and I so enjoyed this dinner cruise! Weather and sites were beautiful, staff was kind and food was delicious. I've not been on a catamaran before but it was smooth sailing. We stayed at the Melia so in order to get across town we had to go by taxi which runs $27 for two people one way. I still would recommend this excursion. Overall, a lovely evening and just my speed

      Beautiful Evening
I booked prior to my trip to the Bahamas through the site. It was amazing. We wentnon 3/8/17. The staff was great, the food was wonderful, and the boat ride on the catamaran was smooth. I really enjoyed myself. It does get a little cold so bring a sweater.

Left Stranded at the Pier - NO ONE SHOWED UP - NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE
Booked a Sail and Snorkel Cruise with Seahorse on Jan. 10th 2017. We arrived at the meeting point 15 min. early. No one EVER came to tell us the weather was bad so the trip was cancelled. We called & called and called and NO ONE EVER answered the phone. There were other people also waited and they too did not receive any message of cancellation. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

      Lovely night
We arranged to have 11 people attend a Wednesday night sunset dinner cruise. We arranged and paid for this months prior to our trip. The initial sign in and getting on boat was a little disorganized however most people were couples and not a group the size of ours. The meal was average and we were expecting the meal we received. The meal was good everyone in our group enjoyed the meal except they ran out of chicken and we were last to eat, not a big deal. We had salads, rice, chicken, barbecue ribs and cake. The boat trip was absolutely wonderful. The staff were nice and music was fun. We had 4 children from 7-15 and an elderly person 78. We all enjoyed the cruise and the kids really enjoyed it especially with the music and being able to be dance on the front of the boat. The duration of the cruise was perfect about 2 hours on water. Thank you for a wonderful cruise.

The views were amazing. The boat was very nice; it has lots of space and two nets to lay on in the front of the boat. Water is provided at all times on the boat. While the boat doesn't have air conditioning, the crew was kind and caring. They swim with you in the water to make sure everyone is ok. After the snorkeling experience, they provide rum punch and soda while playing music for a relaxing experience. Personally, I wish they drove the boat faster so that the breeze would cool you down. However, I loved the entire experience.

The excursion was canceled. We traveled all the way to the slip to find out when we got there it was canceled. No email, no call and no text. We were then pressured to go onto another companies boat by them where we had to pay double what we already paid, IN CASH! Was not happy about the experience.

Highly recommend this trip. You'll have an hour of snorkeling; we saw lots of fish, healthy coral reefs, and a manta ray. If possible, board at Paradise Island; you'll get extra time on the boat and 1st choice of places to sit. Safety was clearly a priority and the gear was fine. Crew was nice, boat was clean, all was good.

We had a wonderful time on the Seahorse Sailing Snorkel Tour. The boat was very large and comfortable with many different areas for people to spread out. That, combined with the relatively fewer number of people on our particular trip, gave us plenty of room to spread out, so we never felt cramped on the boat. The snorkeling equipment was in very good condition and easy to use. The process of distributing the equipment was organized and easy. The reef we went to off of Athol Island was close by but offered lots of fish to see and very clear conditions. We even say an octopus. The open bar after snorkeling was lots of fun, and together with the music and the fun personalities of the bar tender, first make and captain, it was a really fun time. I would highly recommend this tour.

Great Catamaran and Snorkel Company. I was treated personally and treated like a friend from the first encounter. The dock was easy to find~ right next to Margaritaville. The crew were very helpful and friendly. You can tell they care about their guests. The friendly and accommodating customer service agent was so accommodating by changing our date as our original flight was canceled. I highly recommend this company. Seahorse is the best!

Saw lots of different fish with easy snorkeling. We were on Seahorse 3 with Captain Davis. He was very nice. I sat next to him for about half an hour and just talked. Crew was very nice as well. Our earlier snorkeling on a cruise was really disappointing. This did not disappoint. The anchor right at the edge of the reef. All you really need t do is float.

They canceled and failed to notify us. We were confirmed the day before! We took a taxi all the way there and no excursion!

I was told we were canceled due to low turnout. The boat looked amazing; we were really disappointed! They offered another excursion but, the boats were not equal.

I am sorry for the cancellation. We make every effort to contact our guests via email or phone text. What was the date of your tour? I don't see any cancellations in the system for December due to low turnout. December 22 was cancelled due to extremely poor weather conditions and very high winds.

Captain and crew were wonderful, kind and engaging. They gave us a great overview, good instructions for snorkeling and what we would see. Darlene makes a fantastic rum punch! My only minor complaint was I would have loved it for them to hoist the sail!

A group of 7 of us took this tour through Vacations To Go. We departed our Carnival ship at 9am and met the crew at the marina. The staff was friendly and the boat ride was smooth. They provided snorkel gear with instructions and let us snorkel for over an hour. We saw tons of gorgeous fish and even a ray! It was one of the best snorkeling excursions we have ever done! On the way back to the marina, we had a blast enjoying our rum punch, and singing to the music! From the boat, we had amazing views of Atlantis as well as many gorgeous mansions on the water. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who enjoys snorkeling!

We booked a Sail and Snorkeling tour for 10 people with Seahorse Sailing Adventures but could not go on the tour with them because of change in Cruise itinerary. On reaching back home after cruise trip, dropped them a mail, checking if I can get refund even though it was none of their fault (didn't book this through cruise excursions). Got a immediate response regretting that we were not able to join them and promptly issued a refund. Much appreciate their professionalism.
