Overview
Swim near stingrays at Stingray City and snorkel amidst coral and tropical fish during this excursion from the Cayman Islands. Spend 2.5 hours with a friendly captain and crew aboard a comfortable cabin cruiser. Journey to Stingray City, where the crew will teach you how to safely feed the gentle animals and the onboard photographer will document your adventure. Cruise to Coral Gardens or the Barrier Reef, don the provided snorkel equipment, and jump in to explore the underwater world. Round-trip transportation from Georgetown hotels, the cruise port or Seven Mile Beach is included.
What to Expect
Choose from three departure times, and be ready for tour pickup before this time. Enjoy air-conditioned bus pickup from your hotel or port, which will take you to a private dock, where you will board a top-of- the-line cabin cruiser for your excursion. Sail to the famous Stingray City sandbar, where the stingrays swim around you. The crew will show you how to safely feed them if you like, and the onboard photographer will take memorable photos of you and your family and friends, available to you to purchase on the tour.

The snorkeling stop will be at either the Barrier Reef or the Coral Gardens, both exquisite snorkeling stops. The captain will decide on the snorkeling stop based on wind and tide conditions, as well as numbers of people at each stop. The captain always tries to go the less populated areas for you.

After your snorkeling is complete, you will be dropped back off at our private dock for the shuttle bus to pick you up and take you back to George Town hotel or port. You can also be dropped at Seven Mile Beach if you prefer.

First time with Captain Marvin's. Good boat and crew, however I was not impressed with the refreshments. No snacks, no sodas, it bottled water. Just a gallon jug of water and a gallon jug of juice to be poured into plastic cups. No very sanitary....More

Close up interaction with a variety of marine life

On the map Stingray City seems easy to get to. In reality you really need a boat to take you out there as the ride is about 20 minutes. The boat we were on was very nice and it was great to have such a...More

A great day out

We took this excursion, having pre-booked it privately prior to our cruise. The office was easy to find, a 10 minute walk from the port, and from there it was a fifteen minute ride (included in the cost of the trip) to the boat that...More
