There are so many hidden fees and the manager Dario is absolutely HORRIBLE at customer service. On the tour we went to a remote part of Puerto Rico there were a lot of local restaurants on the way. We wanted to stop and get food on the way back they stopped but didn’t ask us where we wanted to stop and stopped at the first restaurant we saw which the food did not appear appetizing. The tour wasn’t what we expected and they overcharged for the experience. Our tour guide stayed on the phone the entire time and kept turning our music down. We were trying to have a good time and it was not at all what is advertised. One vehicle in our group was not allowed to drive by anyone in our group but we paid for insurance. Overall I would not recommend.

Thank you for your very interesting review, the review where you clearly got angry because you wanted to do things that are not allowed and also break the tour itinerary because you did not agree with Latin food, you are in Puerto Rico, a Latin island, so therefore what is there is Latin food in every restaurant that is on the island, Now you wanted to go to a restaurant that is not available.
About the extra charges that you call, it's called Motor Insurance which you knew you had to pay, but you disrespected all your employees and your own friends...
Which fell the face of shame.
This situation makes us grow even more and teaches us to identify people like you since you are not welcome.

Everyone in Puerto Rico has been so nice, this was the first rude encounter. When we arrived at the meeting point I asked to see the insurance policy since we were told it would be $40 per person (this amount wasn't stated in the fine print). The rep called someone I could speak to on the phone who got upset and said he was going to cancel my tour because I didn't want to pay for insurance. I kept reiterating I was in fact willing to pay but I wanted to see the policy for myself not just hear what he was saying about it. He finally sent a screenshot to the onsite rep for us to look at it. It was cropped so that we could not see the name of the insurance company so as far as I know it could have been fake. However, it did show the premium as only $77 per YEAR for this vehicle so just know they are making tons of money by overcharging on the insurance (3 people in my group our total was $136) So as long as you're fine with that it's a good tour. Our guide was nice and patient. The beach views were beautiful, and the ride there was a good change of scenery from the city. We stopped at a food stand on the way back and the food was very good.

When you make a reservation or want to have some type of activity that is clearly mentioned on the page before making the reservation, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MOTORCYCLE INSURANCE, you CANNOT drive the unit, because of some type of accident, that you occasions go to prison. And you will have to answer for both the accident and the damage to the units if you. We will never allow you to put the safety of any employee or his colleagues at risk. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE YOU WILL NOT DRIVE, PERIOD. But in the same way, if you have insurance, we can use yours. In this case, he was given the opportunity to use yours, but he did not have any.
We do a job and your safety will always be our priority like it or not.

Not as advertised. At 747pm we left the parking garage, around 810pm made it to the trail & by 850pm we were back in the parking garage. The 20/30 mins on the trail were great but we definitely didn’t appreciate that we paid so much because this is advertised as a 2 hr ride. Then the young kid that rides with us says since it’s night time we didn’t go to the beach stop and that’s why the ride was so short! Well we should’ve spent the rest of the time we paid for on the trail then. I definitely would not recommend, still contemplating disputing half of the charge because we paid for two hrs and got one and we’re out of the $80 they charge for “motorcycle insurance” coverage for the hour. Next time I’ll do better research and book elsewhere for the whole day rental.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but you book 8PM tour to the beach , when you should book is Night life tour , we ask your few time are you sure m but you still wanna go , to the beach that why we have diferente tours and specific time , for each tour , sorry for you experience , we issue a partial refund already .

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it! We had two hours and the tour guide Jafet Arzuaga was really nice and allowed us to play our own music. He allowed me to drive majority of the time. We went during the week. Barely any traffic. He showed us good food spots and drink spots and even took pictures of us . He definitely made sure we had a great time. Communication was good and they meet us on time . We definitely recommend this for anyone looking to tour the island while relaxing !!

Forewarning you will require to pay a $40/person insurance fee after you’ve purchased your ticket. Our tour we only went to one beach. We didn’t go to all the places that was described in the trip advisor. Would I purchase this again? Most likely not. we drove for a few minutes then the driver took over to drive the rest of the way. I don’t recommend this activity

Our tour guy was nice but it’s honestly not worth the price to me . I feel like besides the part of you being able physically drive the UTV , you pretty much can do all of this tour on your own for free . Our guide didn’t communicate anything with us about the area or talked much . The radio in one of our group UTV’s didn’t work so they had to ride in silence . They also charge a 40$ insurance fee PER RIDER once you arrive ( regardless if you are driving or not ) on top of the 290$ price . We were caught of guard with that. Technically spending 410$ on a 290$ advertised price but at a cheaper rate it’s not bad

All this is under the regulation ! before you book the tour , and is 45 mph because is the street speed limit on that zone. What's included Private transportation Transportation, from, Point A: Office, to Point B: Pinones our instructors will handle the units. Entry/Admission - Pinones What's not included If you are going to extend more than the coordinated time, an additional charge will be made. If you do not have Motorcycle Insurance, the cost of $40.00 will be charged at the time of service. Motorcycle Insurance is required for each traveler. Motorcycle Insurance Will Covers your for all of this . Bodily Injury Liability Each Person Each Occurrence Property Damage Liability Uninsured Motorist,Stacked Each Person,Each Occurrence.

Horrible experience was not worth $380 you have to put motorcycle insurance and your not even the one driving and when you do drive it only drive the canam it’s only for 10mins not worth it all . And it not even a 2 hour beach tour because you sit in traffic for over a hour and a half . SAVE YOUR MONEY

Unfortunately, there are intrusions to follow and also when you are making the reservation you are given the option of taking it with or without insurance. Which you chose to take, without the insurance at your fear all the risks. We are always available, and willing to always provide excellent service. (Regarding traffic, you were given the option to change the time for that very reason and you said no, therefore unfortunately you chose that time and we cannot control the traffic, since you demand a service, other clients also have it to give the same.

Booked the same day and it was a great experience!! Had a lot of fun, I was ok not driving but I did get to drive and so did my friend. Our guide (Raul) was very helpful and also Avi? Was very quick to reply to all messages made sure we were having a great time. 100% would recommend!!

Let’s start with the positives.
Staff was really nice and easy to work with. Very professional office. We stopped for food at a local spot, and the food was great.
Negatives.
Of the two hours you spend about an hour and 20 minutes driving. An hour of this time is on asphalt Road going to and from Starting point.
You never drive the vehicle on the beach although that is the impression they give in the advertising. Although there is a trail that goes alongside the beach. Someone that drives fast can do this in under 10 minutes. If you drive slower, probably closer to 20.
This is the road that is used for the locals to go to the beach. People are backing out as they are getting ready to leave regularly, so it’s not unusual for someone to pull out in front of you.
Save your money and do something else.

The UTV ride was more fun than I anticipated. The entire (round) trip was about 2hrs. It gave us the opportunity to see some other parts of the island and other beach areas. We ended up renting 2 UTVs instead of 1 because it's a max of 3 persons per UTV + the tour guide. The tour guides were very friendly and they know how to handle the UTVs very well. Aviv, the "manager" at the office was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. I don't mind doing any other tour service that they have because of the great service from Aviv and his crew. Thank you guys.
