Perfect for those short on time or attention span, this Aruba tour covers all of the top island highlights in just a half a day. Hit the must-see landmarks, including the Aloe Vera Factory, the California Lighthouse, the Casibari rock formations, and the Bushiribana gold mill ruins, all accompanied by engaging commentary from a guide. Hotel pickup, drop-off, and all transportation between sites eliminates the need for a rental car.
What to Expect

Begin your whirlwind tour of Aruba’s can’t-miss highlights with easy pickup right at your hotel door. Climb into a comfortable tour vehicle and set off for island landmarks, enjoying the scenery while your guide focuses on driving and navigation.

The day’s first stop is the California Lighthouse, perched on the rocky coast and in possession of an interesting history relating to the famous sinking of the Titanic. Take a stroll around its base and snap some photos of the views before stepping back in the tour vehicle for the ride to the Ayo or Caisbari rock formations. Listen to your guide’s commentary on the geology of these unusual rock formations and see paintings made by the Arawak Indians, the original inhabitants of Aruba. If you visit the Casibari rock formation, you can hike an easy loop that provides panoramic views of the island from the largest boulder.

At the Bushiribana gold mine ruins, learn about Aruba’s gold rush, search for flecks of gold remaining, and get great photo ops of the north coast before heading for the day’s last stop, the Aloe Very Factory. Tour the factory and learn about the aloe industry’s importance to Aruba’s economy, then shop for aloe-basted products, which make great souvenirs. End with easy hotel drop-off.

I'm guessing that you mean that the ship is scheduled to get to a port but for some reason has to skip it, e.g. weather delays etc.? I can't really answer that as it would be up to the individual operator. For the Aruba... More
