Sunset Pirate Cruise in Aruba
From US$33.50
Overview

Watch the sunset like the Caribbean pirates of the past, on the deck of a traditional schooner during this late-afternoon cruise. Relax and enjoy the sea breeze while sipping cocktails from the open bar, or get more adventurous with a turn on the rope swing. Get views and photo ops of the Aruban coast, interact with the pirate crew, or dance to the island rhythms before returning to shore in plenty of time for dinner.

What to Expect

Head for Moomba Beach, where you’ll step aboard the traditional pirate-style schooner for your late-afternoon cruise. As most islanders will agree, there’s nothing like seeing a Caribbean sunset from the water, so you’ll ensure the best possible views and photo ops by booking this popular tour.

Find a spot along the teak deck, in the netting by the bow of the boat, or under the awning if you’ve maxed out on sun exposure for the day. Grab a drink at the open bar or wait for the pirate crew to come to you, serving up cocktails worthy of such a setting. Take in views of western Aruba and listen to the island rhythms as you wait for the sun to sink toward the horizon. If you’re feeling adventurous, take a turn on the rope swing.

After the sun sets and the stars come out, return to shore in plenty of time to get dinner or see what else the island has in store for nightlife.

Sunset Cruise - Fun But No Sun!

Our cruise was on a rare cloudy Aruba afternoon. Crew made the best of it, but was a little disappointing and weather was cool. Sunset Cruise also only about 90 minutes on the water with only one stop (for rope swinging). If you're looking for...More
