A very honest review of this tour
Just want to give everyone considering this tour a very honest, calm, not emotionally driven review of this particular tour. The tour guide Teah (might have been Teay) was great. Very friendly and helpful. Great grasp of English for English speakers needing to know that kind of thing. Very caring when we lost a couple of members of our group and we willingly suggested the tour boat leave us on Phi Phi. Teah and the crew were reluctant to leave us and cared about us having lost people (silly family argument - everyone is safe now) but, given we were in paradise, and a very safe one at that, we were fine to be left and didn't want to hold everyone up. I'm a little confused by the 97% trip advisor rating. I've a feeling that may have been built up over previous years of the tour running as, on our trip, Viking Cave was now inaccessible due to privatisation so we just glanced at it from about 200 metres away for about 30 seconds. We were then rushed to the lagoon where we could only swim outside of the buoyed-off middle area which led to a fair bit of crowding due to the other tours running at the same time. Expect to swim in the gorgeous middle of the lagoon, you have to pay a premium. At this point though, things didn't feel particularly rushed at least. We were taken next to Phi Phi Leh (I think), the home of the famous Maya Bay. This is really a sight to behold but it was incredibly busy with queues held up in single file on the narrow walk way. The view once you get onto the bay makes up for this though and, again, we were given at least enough time to enjoy this part of the tour. Next we had a very crowded view of Monkey Beach, just about squeezing in amongst several other boats, for a look at some monkeys on the cliffs for a couple of minutes. This bit very much was rushed. My main criticism was of the next part of the tour, the bit I'd been looking forward to most: the snorkeling. It felt really quite unsafe, mainly due to the crowding of the boats - again, several had moored in the same location for their respective parties to snorkel, with about 1m between each boat - and the rather blasé attitude of our boat crew to us all leaving the boat, in the fairly rough ocean, to then make our way, with no safety briefing of any kind, to the front of the boats. The tightness of the boats and the swell made me really quite scared once I got in so I essentially missed the part of the tour I was most looking forward to. This isn't the fault of any of the crews or crew members individually: it was peak season. But more organisation and less capitalism would make this part of the tour so much better. After this was a really very good, ample buffet lunch with vege options and then the family feud I mentioned cut the rest of our trip short. This having been the second time I've been to Phi Phi, I highly recommend just getting a ferry over without booking with a tour operator, spend a night in a hostel and explore the island at your own leisure. It is much more fulfilling, less busy and probably cheaper overall. This really isn't the way to do any of the things offered by the tours. Do one at a time if possible.

          A must try tour!
We did not expect that much since it was cheap, but boy we were surprised the itinerary is jampacked and had a lot of activities. But what made the experience the best was the friendly and helpful guides of the tour especially Jenny! I dont know how to swim so when its the time for snorkeling one of the guide helped me until i was comfortable doing it by myself. I suggest you sit infront of the boat, the waves were big but it was so much fun! P.S. Please expect you will be with lots of tourist in all stops.

          A very long day!!!!
A very long day. We didn’t realise that the drive from Phuket to the port would take 2 hours each way!!!!! Then 75 mins over on the boat begins first stop. Gorgeous islands and snorkelling was fab but not sure trip was worth the money. Food was awful too. Flies everywhere. Crew were friendly and animated. Would we book again, probably not but nice experience x

Speed Boat Tour - Definitely recommend
The Phi Phi Island Day Tour was awesome, but the speed boat was a bit rough, I would not recommend it for anyone with major back issues. The island dock was extremely crowded, with COVID still a thing. Too many boats have the same docking time. The boat docking was extremely crowded during this time of the year. Once you are on the island and get a glimpse of the beach OMG so worth it. I think it was too rushed for us, the time allotted was too short. I wish I could have spent more time on the island. It was scorching, taking a dip in the water would have been so good, but there was no swimming for some reason. The Speed Boat tour itself was really good, with excellent staff!

Wonderful day at Phi Phi island
We had a fantastic day at Phi Phi island with this tour provider. We paid 200 baht extra for buffet lunch at Hippie’s bar and that was what you’d expect from a buffet. The water and scenery were spectacular this day. A great day

          Glad to be alive
WELLLLL. Did we have an adventure on our Phi Phi Island speed boat tour. We booked what we thought was a speed boat for 16 people but it was a huge one with 72 people. It was a Fawlty Towers boat experience. Our driver hit about 10 other boats while trying to dock for drop off and pick ups . At Mayo Beach, the landing deck was made of huge plastic squares which rocked and rolled so bad you could hardly stand up. And every time a boat docked or left it was like riding a wave . We were terrified someone was going to get hurt. One of the lovely crew members took my friends arm and kept assuring her it will be ok. Getting in and out was awful. In fact people back on board started clapping everytime a passenger made the jump safely .. Last stop my friend said " No I am staying on the boat". The boat was rocking and the captain had 5 attempts to backup to get back on the beach to pick everyone up, he hit 5 boats on that one landing. My friend and another lady who had also stayed on board just looked at each other and laughed as they couldn't understand a word the crew said in all their panic moments. She did video some of it. When we docked back on Phuket a couple of passengers comically kissed the ground . They also left 2 young ladies at Phi Phi Island so they had to get them bought back by another small boat. Terrifying but now we laugh but seriously not a very safe day out.

          too crowded in Maya Bay
The tour guys are very good and nice persons. Unfortunately the Maya Bay, there is too many people there and Iine up to get on the boat take 30 minutes. Snorkeling on the Phi Phi, only few coral.

          Amazing!!
Day was amazing. Everything was well organised from the pick from the hotel to the drop off. Mario and the staff were great and directed/helped us every step of the way. Incredible islands to visit. Only downside was the rubbish all over the place, pick up after yourself😁

Great day out, lovely guides and beautiful beaches
My daughter and I took this trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were picked up from our hotel and although the central pier was very busy with loads of boats going out, we were able to find ours quite easily. Our guides were lovely, all spoke good English and were very good at looking after us and providing good info throughout. As others have said, all the islands we visited were very busy and that did spoil things for us a little - absolutely not the fault of the tour operator at all but it is such a shame that we were essentially queuing to get on and off the beaches, especially Maya Bay. I also wish there was more time on each one and if we went again, would probably pick fewer islands in order to get that. Overall though, was a great experience and we are glad we did it.

          EXCEPTIONAL
Phi phi island tour was exceptional as the islands were beautiful and the sea even better. Our tour guide Naja was excellent and ensured comfort, explanations and humour during the tour. He ensured that a non swimmer like me had the opportunity to go snorkeling.

          Bring cash, temper expectations
Great sights, but keep in mind this is speed tourism: every stop is crowded, a lot of time in lines, crowded beaches and lagoons crammed with people, and boats. Not enough time spend at any stop. Bring ฿2000 per person: there are additional experiences not included with your trip. Bring at least ฿600 for renting snorkeling flippers or towels.

          A Must-Do from Phuket!
Hey, it's Mathieu here! My wife and I took the Phi Phi Islands day trip from Phuket, and it was a highlight of our trip! If you're in Phuket, this tour is a must-do. The tour covered four of the islands, and each spot was more beautiful than the last. Snorkeling in Pileh Lagoon was unreal - the water was so clear, and the coral reefs were teeming with colorful fish. Relaxing on Bamboo Island was the perfect chill-out time, and Monkey Bay was super cool. But the real showstopper was Maya Bay, famous from "The Beach" movie. It's just as stunning in real life! Our guide was awesome, keeping things fun and organized. The boat ride was smooth, and they provided all the snorkeling gear. The included lunch was tasty and hit the spot after a morning of exploring.
