Make your way to the Key West waterfront to board a catamaran sailboat, then enjoy a breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, homemade granola, and pastries as you set sail to a coral reef that’s 7 miles (11.2 kilometers) off the coast.
Slip into the water to snorkel over the reef, watching for bright fish and marine wildlife, with crew to help beginning snorkelers get comfortable in the water. After an hour of snorkeling, begin the 45-minute sail to the Gulf of Mexico as a picnic lunch buffet of fried chicken, deli sandwiches, cookies, and soft drinks is served on deck.
Arrive at a floating platform island for an afternoon of jet-skiing, parasailing, and water sports; the island has a climbing tower, slide, and iceberg climbing wall. When you’re done with activities, soak up the sun with a drink from the open bar and then begin the gorgeous sail back to Key West.
