THIS IS A DAY YOU WILL LOVE!!!
This is a truly fabulous day out on the water, with a really exceptional crew who guide you through the entire day in a fun, & educational way. If you want to swim in the middle of the ocean, this is the cruise for you. You also have the opportunity to kayak, snorkel, relax, or just do nothing but enjoy the spectacular surroundings & never leave the boat at all. The food was so delicious & the amount of water & drinks available (non-alcoholic) were endless. There were even a few surprises, but I won’t ruin them for you. The park itself is absolutely worth the trip! Ok so now for things you better know in advance: bring a LOT of sunscreen & a good hat! If you struggle physically walking or getting on/off boats, this is not the trip for you. If you choose to kayak or snorkel with a go-pro or any camera (which the crew does *NOT* recommend!), you better make sure that thing is connected to SOMETHING THAT FLOATS. A fellow traveler tipped their kayak (life vests are required) & lost their go-pro. GONE. All that said …This is a day you won’t forget! Oh, & they take photos all day & share them with you!!!

      Fun, fun day!
Super fun day with this excursion. 28 people on the boat and each with their own lounger and towel on deck. Boat exudes character. If your group can get the area behind the pilot house on the upper deck to hang out you will feel like you are on your own private excursion. Food is prepared right on the boat by 3 lovely ladies and is delicious. The staff are very kind and really focus on safety. I would do this excursion again in a heartbeat.

If you can only do one tour, then this is the one to choose!
I had the most incredible day, met an awesome group of travellers, and got to experience snorkelling for the 1st time. Kayaking was my favourite activity. If you only choose 1 tour to do while in Koh Samui, then this is it. Attentive, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable crew, they make you feel welcome from the moment you step on board. The entire day was well organised, the activities were so much fun, the food was fantastic and plentiful. I can't rate this tour highly enough. Thank you to all the crew on board, highlight of my trip!

Unforgettable Moments: A Koh Samui Boat Adventure Beyond Expectations!
Me and my fiancé had the most incredible experience with this tour company on Koh Samui! The team went above and beyond to create a truly memorable boat adventure. Our tour of Angthong National Park was breathtaking, offering a perfect blend of snorkeling, kayaking, and a short hike to a stunning viewpoint. What set this tour apart was their choice of secluded spots, away from other tourists, creating an intimate atmosphere. Our guide, Fluke, was exceptional in showing us around. The wooden Thai-style boat was not only charming but also comfortable, offering a jacuzzi, ample shade, bean bags, and a dining room. There was breakfast and lunch served on board alongside endless chilled canned and bottled refreshments available all day. The delicous Thai lunch featured a vast buffet with whole fried fish, deep fried breaded chicken, satay skewers, rice, noodles, curry, salad, the list was endless it was amazing to think this was all freshly prepared on board! We tried to sample all the food and everything we ate was unbelieable. It was actually one of the best meals we ate whilst in Thailand, even though we was extremeley skeptical of trying anything as we are very fussy eaters, but honestly there was something for everyone and every dish was gorgeous. On the topic of food, to our surpise we was also served a yummy ice cream dessert followed by a Margarita during our relaxing sunset sail back to Samui. Fluke our guide (with exceptional English), enriched our journey with his knowledge of the sites, including lagoons, rocks, and fish. The boat staff were helpful and always wore a smile. The snorkeling experience was excellent, offering options for both experienced swimmers and beginners. The kayaking was a highlight for us as we had never done it before, we felt extremely safe and were informed well of how to participate. The hike was easier than we anticipated but this would depend on your fitness level. Let me tell you something however - it is 1000% worth it. I was initially hesitant to dedicate a whole long day of our holiday to one tour, but we are extremely glad we did. I highly recommend this company and any tours they offer – you won't be disappointed!

One of the best days in Thailand
This was one of the best days in Thailand. The sail there and back was so relaxing and the sunset sky amazing, the crew were excellent with info and fun. Food was great. Surprise was Margaritas on way back. My wife tried snorkelling & Kayaking for first time and will do them again. We saw Barracudas, Angel Fish, sea cucumbers... Views of the park and Kayaking were a great experience..

      Bad weather
The boat was lovely & very clean, the food & drinks were the best we have ever had on a trip, and the service we got off all The staff was excellent & they couldn’t of tried any harder to make our day pleasurable, so thank you for all of that, but we had bad weather which spoilt our day, we should of gone the day before but it got cancelled due to bad weather , so we went on this one thinking they must know we are going to miss the weather coming in, first of all the canoeing was a bit challenging with the sea being rough & I don’t think you should pay extra to go on the canoes, we’ve been on many trips in Thailand ‘ never had to Pay extra for the canoe!! snorkelling wasn’t good it was murky so couldn’t see much, then we had lunch & the rain & clouds came! we all had to go inside as it was so rough, thank god we took sick tablets as it could of been a lot worse, then the rest of the trip which was a good 4 hours was spent trying to get back to land which wasn’t pleasurable, I’m sure on a nice day we would of had an amazing time but you really shouldn’t put the trip on when your not getting anything out of it, felt it was a day wasted.

      A lovely day out exploring
We had a lovely relaxing day. The boat was spacious and comfortable and the team was amazing. Super friendly and professional. Food was impressive especially coming from a small kitchen. They catered to all needs and also had snacks and drinks available all day. Kayaking was so much fun. Don’t skip that part!

All day trip to Angthong Marine Park aboard the Red Dragon. Plenty of space on board, great food and the crew looked after us wonderfully well. There’s kayaking, snorkeling and a short but steep hike to see the lagoon. If you’ve got a moderate level of fitness, give it all a go. A very full day and very pleased with our choice.

      Highlight of our trip
We were a group of 8, friends and family, on a private boat tour to Ang Thong National Marine Park, departing from Samui. This was o e of the highlights of our holiday in Thailand. The wooden boat has so much charm and is comfortable, with the jacuzzi, Bluetooth to put your music on, enough shade, bean bags, a bench, a dinning room. We all enjoyed it, seniors, middle aged and kids. The staff is great. Fluke is a fluent English speaker with a good accent. His knowledge of the sites (lagoon, rocks, fish) is a real added value. The boat staff is helpful and smiling. The sites visited were nice, with options for both good swimmers or not. Snorkeling was very good. Having the boat to ourselves meant we could adapt the journey to our needs and rhythm as well as avoid hordes of tourists. The food was yummy and you won't get hungry. In the morning, we got freshly cooked veggie spring rolls and wontons, a big fruit platter and freshly squeezed orange juice. That was served about halfway to the 2h boat trip to our destination, which helped with the journey. For lunch we got a huge buffet with among others whole fried fish, fried chicken bites, chicken satay skewers, pineapple rice, pasta salad, green salad. To drink you have a wide choice of soda drinks and ice teas, available throughout the journey. On the way back, they served some ice-cream, which was a very nice way to end the day and watch the sunset. The only negative part is that they force you to post a review on social media to get the photos taken during the trip. Having paid the premium price for a private tour, I would expect to get the pictures without unnecessary abusive requests.

      Best tour ever!
This tour ranks at the top of the tours we have taken in different parts of the world, and it was definitely the biggest highlight of our stay on Koh Samui. The entire crew went above and beyond to make it fun, safe and very memorable. All the activities were fantastic, the food and drinks were delicious and the boat (the Red Dragon) was so spacious and clean! Highly recommended!

Not worth it in bad weather.
The boat and crew were commendable, but the decision to proceed despite unfavorable weather conditions marred the experience. The opportunity for snorkeling was missed, and kayaking proved to be challenging. Much of the time was spent navigating through rough seas.

No Prior Intimation of Bad Weather
The cruise is nice and so are the people but I think they should have informed us about the rough sea. We didn't do snorkelling.

Dear Marika Merry T Thank you very much for the wonderful review, we are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the tour. We want all our guests to experience the best of Thai hospitality, and our professional crew will make sure you are well taken care of. For the activities such as snorkeling, we stop at a reef with an abundance of sea life, and the kayaking is done at the secret lagoon which is only accessible for kayaks and is a unique and highly recommended experience. The viewpoint at the Emerald lagoon is a bit of a climb but the view is nothing short of spectacular. The food is prepared onboard by our professional Thai chef using local fresh ingredients, and we provide plenty of soft drinks and water. Thank you again for the recommendations and the kind words, we hope to see you again next time with us Best regards Yaniv

After enjoying several other day tours this little gem took us by surprise .To begin trip onboard margaritas on the very comfy deck complete with bean bags. Lots of shade if you want it and even an onboard jacuzzi. The snorkelling as even better than we’d seen before.A word of advice for the less fit like myself. To reach coral reef you transfer to inflatable boat ,very easy to leave but getting back in very difficult - not for feint hearted.Theres no ladder or rope to use just brute strength and as much help as you can get.Dont attempt if you are on the heavy side or any medical problems - seriously. If you have to skip the snorkelling there’s still lots to enjoy.Above all the crew are fantastic, lots of fun and very helpful.Well worth the trip.

Hello Geralyn, It’s great to read that our half day island hopping and snorkelling took you by surprise! We are also happy to hear you enjoyed our comfy deck, Jacuzzi and welcome Margarita Cocktail. One of our ribs used to transfer guest to the coral reef do have a ladder which assist guests in getting into the boat and the other one does not. When we use the dinghy that does not have a ladder, we ask guests that experiencing difficulties to go first into the inflatable raft, which is east to get into, and then onto to the dinghy. I guess our staff thought that you are fine with going directly go to the dinghy and I am sorry about it. Thank you very much again for your wonderful review. We hope to have you joining our trips again. Best Regards. Claudio
