Located seven miles northwest of the New York State capital of Albany, the Albany International Airport (ALB) is served by five airlines: Southwest Airlines, which has the largest market share, Cape Air, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and US Airways. In total, these carriers fly non-stop between Albany and about 20 other destinations across the United States. The airport has a single passenger terminal and two runways.
