Had a meeting in Houston today and this morning we had bad weather in Dallas i understood that the flight was little bit divert to avoid the storm, and finally we landed 30 later in IAH, in the afternoon my flight was schedule for departure 4.20pm. closing doors 4.00pm, before arriving to the airport i checked on their app, and the terminal was A, when i arrived to the terminal i checked on the screens and was changed to D9, OMG... it was already 3pm i had to run... my mistake was not to get through security at terminal A and decide to go from outside, OMG when i arrived to terminal D it was packed (its international departures so u can imagine how crowed it was) any way... the screens said 25 mins.. more than enough.... enough???? it took me 40 mins to get of there..... and for my bad luck not all the screens were working.... only 2 sides.... plus my departure gate was D9, but to get theres i had to go back to terminal C and from theres walk to get to D9 o was desperate..... no update from frontier on their app... i had to run like no one does... this is the first time i had to do that.... for to get to the counter and they said.. its delayed 1 hour !! OMG..1 hours and why u cant update your boarding passes, the App... no email or msg until 4pm ?? that was awful but this doesnt ends here... when we landed in DFW.... they took us close to terminal D but we had to take the bus.... and the bus...... got me to D1 and my exit gate bag claim was D15... i had to run again to catch my ride... its ridiculus.... for sure its a low cost carrier, but let me tell you somthing.... its far from been a good low cost airline.... for sure... ill try to avoid it in the future!…
