This flight was as good as any I have been on except private. Service was exceptional. Food just average. They really have missed the boat on that aspect of their service. It is easy to understand but hard to appreciate with the ticket prices they are charging. All of their staff from curbside to attendants were all cordial and appreciative...

I flew 3 United flights on a roundtrip. One of the planes did not smell clean while another was extremely clean and pleasant. The economy seats have some leg room but not as much as other airlines. The restrooms were more roomy than other airlines. Service was very good; the stewards came around often with drinks, snacks and clean-up. On...

The Tokyo to Denver flight was the final leg for a business trip to northern Sakhalin Island Russia. The previous flight was from Yuzhno on Sakhalin Island which arrived two hours before my United flight to Denver. I had access to the United Club and was disappointed with the crowded facility and the poor selection of food and snacks. The...

We paid a fair amount extra for economy plus and all we got is 3" of extra leg room. No extra width seats, no upgraded food, final boarding group, etc. Plus: Friendly crew, direct flight, free drinks Minus: Filthy bathrooms, poor meals

The United route from Denver to Rapid City, South Dakota is a tight fit. I chose an emergency exit seat ($25 more) in order to have more room. Otherwise it is a sardine can in there, though they do the best they can. At least the windows still line up with the seats on this run. The single flight attendant...

The trip started at the AMEX lounge at IAH. Terrific food and drinks. The walked to the gate and had a great flight. Left on time, got upgraded and arrived 20 minutes early! Nothing else I can ask for

It was nothing special. It took us to our destination without any frills. No video screen not music very confining. There was a beverage service.

Excellent flint. Ran very efficiently which is nice based off off past experiences. In flight entertainment was very good as well. Lots of good movies to watch.

We flew from Colorado Springs to San Jose Costa Rica through Houston. There were no issues. All the flights were on time and our luggage arrived with us. I think the seats are getting smaller and less comfortable. The service was fine.

Flying from Dulles to Heathrow was great. Flying from Dublin to Newark, not so much. Service was still good. But no in flight/in seat entertainment and the cabin was overflowing with peoples carry on luggage that didn't need to be with them at all. Despite that United identified that, was offering everyone free checked luggage and they still declined. It...
