United knows how to run an airline. We boarded early, left on time, and arrived early. I also appreciate that we were given drinks and pretzels on board.....I am so fed up with airlines who give you absolutely nothing ! Our seats were comfortable, the flight attendants were pleasant -- I do not enjoy flying, but United is tops in...

We end up flying United each year because Newark is their home base so easy access to many routes. In March we flew their Polaris product over the Germany to start a trip. It was a great cabin from a lighting perspective and the food is basic, but nice and made for a nice flight over. I like the larger...

We recently flew to San Antonio for my son’s BMT graduation. We chose United Airlines because they had a better deal. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. No hiccups, delays, issues of any kind. I must say that the entire flight crew, gate agents, etc were all helpful. I would definitely use United again.

We flew from Jamestown, ND to Nashville TN last month. It was a real treat to be able to fly directly from our small town airport. We had a small layover in Denver each way, but overall everything went smoothly. The flight attendants on each flight were very friendly and helpful.

Despite a calm flight, the captain kept the fasten seatbelt light on for the entire flight. When passengers got up they were politely told by the flight attendants he seatbelt light was on, and then allowed to go about their business. The situation was identical when I was on my return flight. A calm flight from Bogota to Houston with...

Departure from Newark airport was approximately an hour late, not due to weather. The return flight four days later was a little over and hour late leaving Phoenix. Additionally I was informed a small suit case needed to be checked in Newark because of "class of seat", while returning from Phoenix, with that same suit case I was told "it...

You pay for first class and pick your seats. Then you arrive at the airport, your seats have been changed and you are sitting nowhere near each other. This happened for every flight on this trip and we had 5 flights! And of course, they can't help! They also refused to give us a boarding pass for the final flight...

We booked our return flight to Boston on United airlines as economy. We paid extra for bags and could not choose seats. We still got there the same time as first class. Next time will book regular. Less tension.

United Terminal C, D, and E has been upgraded and everything from the ease of checking baggage at the baggage kiosk, to the pleasant atmosphere surrounding the various gates and the variety of food and beverage options makes flying out of IAH Houston a good experience. The flight from Houston IAH to LaGuardia was easy, the stewards and stewardesses were...

We were in the business class pollarius lounge. Definitely a very nice experence. All the amenities of first class. The new lounge seats turn into flat bed for a nice evening rest. The food was very good. I had beef short ribs (excelect), my husband had salmon also (excellent). The plane was on time. And the staff was very helpful....
