US-based United Airlines (UA) is the world's largest airline when measured by the number of destinations served. A member of the Star Alliance, United flies non-stop to about 375 airports worldwide. These include about 75 domestic destinations, as well as points in 70 countries in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. United's fleet features a variety of two-, three- and four-cabin configurations including First Class (known as Global First or United First on international and domestic flights respectively), Business Class (known as Business First or United Business), United p.s. (short for Premium Service) on certain transcontinental flights, Economy Plus Class and Economy Class. Premium cabin passengers can use the airline's United Club lounges, which can be found in about 40 airports.

VERY SURPRISED to see they awarded me only 40 (forty) frequent flyer miles for Dulles to Zurich segment. 8 miles for PIT-Dulles.

We’re flying from San Francisco to Manila, back & forth on October 22- November 11,2024. From my own experienced United had a good customer service. The moment I entered the plane they provide disposable wipes and drinking water. The food they served is better than the other airlines. I didn’t expect an excellent services which is I am not in business class. The leg room is enough for me to stretch my legs. Entertainment I enjoyed watching movie for the entire flight. Headset is okay, reasonable for one time use only.
They always provide drinking water. Crew they are helpful and attentive. They try their best to accommodate everybody. Overall I have no complaints for my entire flight.

Awful : cancellation and blocked 2 days

Awful company
We were supposed to fly on jan 24
Flight was cancelled
It was the same for the jan 25 flight
Wr are blocked in pohnpei for at least 2 days
We therefore miss completely one part of our trip (yap)
No explanation was given
This company has a kind of monopoly in this part of the pacific : they practice high fares and have no concern for the customers

Flight got delayed over and over never told why we arrived there at 6am flight was canceled at 2:00 with option after cancelation to take american airlines at 430pm was supposed to be returning from trip at 400pm round trip was a no go huge loss. Also has no on site reps and used third party for everything.

Horrible experience

United airline did such a terrible job handling a bad situation. My flight was delayed 7 hours and all they provide was 3 meal vouchers. They have a united airline lounge but was not allowed. Understood it’s for members only but they should make some accommodation for their passengers when plane is having technical issues. LAST time I’ll be using united airline unless I have no other choice.
