I must say that I understand why they have been nominated best Européenne airline! Turkish airline in service minded, nice, have amazing food and very nice chairs in business! Love it!

My flight to Istanbul was scheduled to depart at 21:40 local time form Kayseri. The plane landed at 21:25 to the airport. This was visiable for everybody because the airpot is small and carrier parked almost in front of waiting lounge. No announcemet from ground personnel was made due to the fact it was going to be a delayed flight....

my flight was from DAC-JFK . service was good. food was good comparing to other airlines in this route. Only bad thing is they dont have any A380 or jumbo ........ but Boing 777 is also good enough. of course im choosing Turkish airlines for my next tour.

I have traveled both ways with the airline. From Dhaka, both time; they were delayed by an hour. However, they managed to reach Istanbul within/around time for connecting flight.
