Cancelled my seat and didn’t even tell me
What a horrendous airline. They cancelled my seat on a flight and didn’t even tell me until I was at the airport trying to check in. Now unable to connect to onward travel and accomodation etc. Nightmare.

Great experience on multiple Jetstar flights
We visited Australia from the US for 3 weeks and took 6 Jetstar flights. Except for 1 slight delay, all flights were on time or early. The staff were extremely pleasant. If you don't like Jetstar, don't fly US carriers. Jetstar is far superior in my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They charged me 75AUD because my carry on was 2kg more than the acceptable level which is 7kg. Ridiculous. Save your money and travel with another company.
