From its hub at Hamad International Airport (DOH), the airline flies to about 145 destinations spread across all six inhabited continents. Qatar Airways' fleet features planes with two-cabin (Business Class and Economy Class) and three-cabin (First Class, Business Class and Economy Class) configurations. Both Business Class and First Class seats can be converted into beds. For premium class passengers flying from Hamad International Airport, the airline operates the Al Mourjan Business Lounge. HORRENDOUS

Lyon - SingaporeInternational

I booked a one way flight for Lyon to Singapore for Aug 2025, and used redemption for an upgrade to business class. Qatar Airways cancelled my flight and simply put me on a flight from Paris to Singapore. I then wanted to try to change my flight to a day earlier but still keeping the departure city from Paris to Singapore as there was not much option to fly out, as i was going to be spending my time in south france ( hence the original booking to depart from Lyon to Singapore). Ive called Qatar booking helpline at least 5-6 times and also tried live chat to do this simple change. 3 out of 5 call center staff i spoke to were simply unintelligible, and they had difficulty understanding my request. Some asked if I wanted to change my name, others asked if i only wanted to change the date but still fly out of Lyon (??? despite me repeating myself countless times that qatar cancelled the flights out of Lyon as they don’t fly out of Lyon anymore). After spending a lot of time making them understand my request, i get a standard, sorry i cannot access the system as that is under the frequent flyer program, and I’m in general enquiries. or sorry you’ve answered some verification. questions incorrectly ( like which email but I have multiple email accounts) but i can’t tell you which ones ( like when i asked is it a gmail or is it an outlook account?) You’ll have to call back. It’s crazy frustrating. In the past year I’ve travelled 3 times on qatar to Africa and parts of Europe and 2/3 times i’ve had extremely bad customer service. They previously gave me some voucher as compensation but i also had trouble using the voucher. In the past I’ve been a frequent traveller on Qatar Airways and had always thought highly of the airline. However It’s been soo disappointing and horrendous on the past year that i’ve finally had enough. I won’t be travelling on qatar airways anymore if I can help it, its customer service is sorely lacking and agents poorly trained with no concept of customer service. Lamentable state of affairs ( and even if you wanted to give constructive feedback there is no way to give it!!)

QA business class - very poor

Qatar airways business class flight was great disappointment the food was awful , overcooked , burnt and tasteless The service poor largely because the staff seemed to be very uncertain of their role, I don't think they get adequate training. The aircraft and seats were fine , but the service nowhere near the standard you get form BA or Emirates ( in my experience) Finally the response to a complaint from QA was fairly dismissive

Nice trip with Qatar Airways.

Ho Chi Minh City - DohaInternational

Had a nice trip with Qatar Airways from Ho Chi Minh City to Doha. The flight type was a Boeing 777 with great entertainment screen and complementary wifi onboard for privilege club customers. The staff was great, but this time not the dream staff that wants to serve all the time, but it was not so bad , but had some great “dream crew” memories from many trips with Qatar Airways before with the most excellent service! So I believe Qatar Airways will still continue to serve and work on what’s not good and continue with the good. The food was delicious and the 8 hour trip to Doha was nice.

I have just had the most horrific experience through your airline. Flight QR909 from Sydney to Doha. Not only the airplane was so filthy and all toilets in the economy class so smelly and not clean. What a disgrace from a supposed to be a good airline. The air stewards were not helpful at all- just to mention that I had asked for tomato juice, and she never gave it to me. Plus, that I had paid for WiFi service and there was no WiFi for the entire 15 hours of the trip. I asked the steward, and she said she would get back to me, which of course she never did. It was a terrible and long flight, equivalent standard of Ryanair. The only plus was the somehow good quality of food. Very disappointed and will never travel with this airline again. I am so glad this flight is over now. It is so below the standards we have paid and definitely an overestimated airline.
