The largest airline in Europe, Frankfurt-based Lufthansa (LH) flies non-stop to about 215 destinations. This includes 18 points within Germany, as well as 78 countries within Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, North America, the Caribbean and South America. The airline's aircraft have a variety of one-cabin and four-cabin configurations that can include First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class. Poor management of counters, missing staff, unclear signage, arrogant staff person leading to 1.5 hours of waiting and poor taste at the start of the trip

Customer service waiting time.

I had a disappointing experience with Lufthansa customer service. I had a problem with my flight and unfortunately the support provided was below expectations. The wait time to speak to a representative was extremely long. I hope Lufthansa improves their customer service in the future!

Worst Customer Service even for Pricey Bus Class

October-There are no direct flights from RDU to Venice Italy. That said, it was a 12 hour trip with a stop in Frankfurt. Long lines for the lounge, business class seats were tight, especially the legroom. The separate flight Frankfurt to Venice - bused to the tarmac, no preference for business class. Had to traverse stairs down to the bus & up to the plane. A real mess. Wasn't worth the business class price. November-Return Flight from Venice to Frankfurt was delayed due to fog (0248/0403). Deplaned on the tarmac, no preferences nor information for connecting flights & no effort made to get you there. The plane for the next flight was at the end of the terminal and was still at the gate but the door was closed and 6 people denied boarding- we were told they had to move the plane for the "tarmac buses". Gate attendant, couldn't be bothered looking at us much less answering our questions. Told to go to Customer Service to rebook-the gate is the opposite end of the terminal from Cust Service. Long lines, no preference for our Bus Class tickets, rebooked on the only flight out that day on United - it took 27 hours from Venice to RDU. Always wondered why my parents refused to fly Lufthansa, now I get it.

Worst customer service

The worst, there should be more policy on cancelation refund. I did canceled one month before due to personal problems and there were no empathy regards.
