A friend recommended JAL, and they had a great price for my round trip. The friendliness of all employees, the speed of checking in,and the great service on board made this a great experience. Food was very good and filling, seats were well padded and good leg room, and they left and arrived on time. Stewardesses were ready to answer...

This airline is a reflection of the country. Everything is done right, service is great, everything is clean, and you feel like a guest instead of a burden. The seats are comfortable with adequate leg room, inflight entertainment worked and was abundant, and the food was good with a choice of Japanese or Western food. Check in and boarding went...

If you are the kind of person(westerner) whof likes working in Japan or enjoys their culture of courtesy. Growing up partly in Canada a country of friendly folks who do take a bit of pride in their ability to be polite. Japan is the level up the airline even when faced obnoxious abusive beligerante and wrong customers they remain professional...

This flight was in a smaller Dreamliner which had 38 Business seats. There’s nothing wrong with the sky suites but what was evident today was that there’s not enough rest rooms for business passengers in this configuration. Instead of the usual 3, there was only 2. It was disappointing as the lack for need to queue for restrooms is the...

This was my first long haul flight and it was a great experience. They made sitting on a plane for almost 11 hours as comfortable as possible. There was a decent amount of leg room, a foot rest, and great in-flight entertainment. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. My husband had to have the low salt meal, which was...

One of the best airlines in the world and I have traveled for over 35 years. Even if you are seated in economy, you are treated like a guest. From the moment you check in until you get off the plane, you matter to JAL.

It was a excellent flight with JAL - I am not a good traveler when it comes to airport and airplane I have my phobia. But I took a promise to be brave when my child was born that I will try my very best to take her on holiday as much as I can. I felt safe and comfortable...

"Hand over foot" -you can actually stretch out your hands and feet- the Boeing Dreamliner is the best I have traveled in. Beats the 747 by a mile. The self dimming windows are a great invention, and the business class seats are comfy. Food between LA and Japan could have more selections for non seaweed lovers. Staff were exceptionally nice....
