We were hurried to connect our flight from Dubai to Amman - the flight was delayed and where we could have had a buggy to take us to the gate we had to walk miles and at the other end, Emirates were prepared to go without us. The balance of our group were already there and had to wait for...

I always take extra care to choose the best possible area in the cabin. If this is important to you, sometimes you have to pay extra. On this leg we paid quite a bit extra to sit in the extra legroom row. Having that extra space makes a difference for us. Some negatives (apart from the cost) is the inability...

I have flown with Emirates many times and have felt that the service was top class. Recently I can not say the same, i have felt that the air hostesses just want to get the flight over. Of course we all do but we are paying for decent service. Other airlines offer a better service than Emirates.

Although I dread the long haul flights, I was pleasantly surprised with my first flight with Emirates. The seats had enough leg room and the service on board was excellent. On board entertainment was current and food really good (for airline food). Can't really fault the trip.

A frequent flyer, Emirates is one of the nicer rides due to its cabin comfort and overall entertainment. In-flight movies are pretty good but the headsets were outdated. Food was above average and drinks well served. nothing to complain about. Flight attendants were highly exceptional from 13 countries and 16 languages. how is that possible!

My husband and I flew on Emirates A380 recently on our trip to Turkey. The flight was comfortable and the service was great. However we did pay extra for Extra Leg Room Window Seats which was approx an additional $370. The extra leg room was great considering it was a real long flight, however it was right next to galley....

This airline has it all in my opinion. The staff on the whole are super friendly and the aircraft are certainly fantastic pieces of equipment. The leg room is more than adequate for this capacity and I feel every thought for the passengers has been considered,
