I booked this holiday in March 2024, I clicked cancel on my booking by mistake and clicked back straight away and didn’t get no email to say this was cancelled. I continued paying this holiday off for another month, they was talking my money. I then rang to pay the remainding for them to say it was cancelled, I recieved my refund to the bank but the £180 deposit didn’t go into my credit account. After speaking to 100’s of different sales people they all give the same reply “I’ll get someone to call you back” or “give it 72 hours and re login into your account the money should show by then”. 3 months later I’m still ringing to get this money back. When speaking to the team it’s like they haven’t typed my conversations up and kept tracked. I will 1000% not book with this company again.

Scam! What a waste of airspace this airline is. Our ticket shows 15kgs hand carry each and I have 23kgs check in baggage. My luggage have no problem, however when boarding, they refused to let us in because apparently our backpacks were too big. Our ticket and booking references clearly show that we have 15kgs each hand carry (we payed extra for it) and it also shows the diameter of how much they're supposed to take. They still refused and pressured us to pay additional 72 swiss francs ($122 aud). The check in lady was also extremely rude. Never flying with this airline again.

Absolutely appalling the way we were treated. I had the most amazing time with my friend on holiday, all prepared to come home but due to the “weather” our flight kept being delayed and then finally cancelled. We were confident in booking another flight as it said on the website to just change flights if we can get another one (swap it) for different time. But as speaking to other women in airport who were also struggling with what to do we found there was no flights we could get to Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester. As me and my friend searched for hours for someone to speak to we just got ignored and left to our own devices to figure everything out on our own. Me and my friend deal with very bad anxiety so this was a massive thing for us to have to go through excpeciallt with no support what so ever! At this point we had been in the airport from 10am - now 5.30pm with no idea what to do or how to get home. We finally got an email with a flight for the following morning at 7.10am to London Gatwick which is baring in mind atleast 5 and a half hours away from where we actually live. But yet all this we was greatful it was the uk at least so we could get a train if needs be. We also got an email with a hotel for the night however with no transport to the hotel so we had to pay €21 euros of our own money to get there. When we arrived we were exhausted but so greatful easyJet sorted it out! .. But when we said we were here because easyJet sent us an email they said they were fully booked and had no rooms for us. We had called easyjet over 4 times to explain the situation of the hotel yet all we got was wait another hour, wait for us to get back to you. This was unacceptable we are two young girls left stranded in the middle of Barcelona with hardly any money, no way of getting home and not knowing we’re we are going to stay for the night. Finally they got back to us for 9.30-10pm with a hotel. We had to pay for an Uber there too! After getting to the hotel they were lovely and we got our rooms. From there the flight went smoothly, and we arrived in London and got a taxi transfer back which still took us a good 5 and a half hours to get home. So I had to ring in saying I couldn’t work. Disrupted everything. We are never people to complain but this was not fair at all the way we were treated in the situation.

Absolutely disgusted. Sat with long delay (which is not anyone’s fault -technical delays happen) but EasyJet staff service disgusting. Carlos (badge is no29) just shrugged and said no vouchers for food and drink (have to go on easyJet website - which I couldn’t find any link to this anywhere). Also told no internet and he said we would just have to ask someone with data. No info at all - he was totally disinterested. Told him one of our party was diabetic but he just shrugged.

After they delayed my flight >5hrs, they then gave no info for how to find another flight. Luckily I found one + the Easyjet Call Centre lady promised me three times she would ensure my checked in suitcase would be moved to my new flight. I am now sat looking at an empty bag carousel in Geneva, waiting for my original delayed flight to land in two hours, praying my bag is on there. The whole process there has been very little people to talk to, it is such a joke. I will hand on heart never fly this airline again, this is one of many mishaps I’ve experienced.
