Everything went smoothly on this flight. It departed on time, got in a little early, and our luggage arrived safely. The only issue I had was with the food service. In nearly every case, the crew ran out of my preferred dish and I had to go with my second or even third choice. In other words, when viewing the...

Overbooked flight resulting in a one hour delay. They offered $600 per person, they needed six passengers to give up their seats. My wife and I were sitting near the check in desk and opted for the vouchers for future flights after asking when we would get out of Atlanta. Not a bad return when you consider that we only...

Delta has multiple flights per day between DTW and AMS, two of its busiest international hubs. I flew partner KLM on the outbound to Amsterdam and Delta on the return. Delta provided a superior experience despite only getting a Skytrax 3 star rating vs KLM's 4 star. I have written a separate review on the outbound KLM flight. The extra...

Flights there were awesome and no waiting. The flight heading home from Key West was a small plane and I was in the last seat not too comfortable but we got to our next flight with no problem. Just wished there was a bigger plane for comfort.

Took Delta 760 from the new terminal at CID last weekend. The terminal has just opened and is still incomplete. Pay attention to signs. Smooth flight to ATL with attentive crew. Delta is the best.

Flight was on time although our connecting flight was delayed by 30 minutes. Seat room and leg space in economy ok, had far worse. Food again ok for economy but nothing special. Like airlines that just have the 2 seats near the window so my husband and I can sit together comfortably.

You have to limit yourself on all matters. Space !!! Service and in particular the Quality of Food. One can not call this Food at all. Unfortunately, the so called "business class" was booked already. Competition obviously does not exist so no demand for improvement.

We were delayed in Savannah for our delta return flight to JFK international --- throughout the many, many hours of delay Sandra D. Olson reassured us with her comforting smile and conversations-- Sandra made a very long delay for two traveling ladies into a welcoming visit ... while taking care of her duties -- with the volume of passengers she...
