Stingy airline

Poor customer service and friendliness by staff members on board. And please feed people… there was only one choice of over cooked pasta, and charging people for alcohol and headphones on a 12 hour flight is insane.

DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

So, I travel frequently and have flown all over the world with multiple airlines and this is the WORST flight I ever experienced!! First of all, the flight was delayed 2 hours which of course sucks. The staff was also really rude and arrogant, I think they need a class in customer service to begin with. I’m surprised staff could be so awful, I never experienced that flying before. And the food was the most poor and disgusting I ever had!!!! First we got served some overcooked pasta with lumps of tomatosauce and a side of carrots. It tasted awful and was of baby size. Then we had to wait 9 hours (!!!!) before being served anything again!! We were starving. And staff did not serve any snacks or made sure you had anything to drink etc. After not having eaten anything for that long ”dinner” was served, which was 1 (!!!) slice of bread with some sauce on top (picture below). Omg it was so awful!! I never experienced such disgusting and poor food flying ever before. Also, you had to pay for the earphones if you wanted to be able to watch movies, like paying 800 euros for the ticket was not enough. I’ve paid far less for my tickets and received wonderful food and service. Do not fly with this company! Fly Emirates or Qatar! I have not one positive word to say about Lufthansa/Condor. It was also really dirty and disgusting on the plane. Worst flight experience of my entire life.…

Money dogs

That's shame, train your staff how to deal with passengers!!!! I never ever heard that the hand bag of 8kg has to be hung on passengers back, your website is not clear at all, you are money dog and poor service and not recommended at all for family specially,

A330 neo huge improvement

We traveled round-trip from Halifax to Frankfurt. Our flight from Halifax to Frankfurt was just ok due to the extremely uncomfortable heat last hour, made lady behind us puke, so we had to smell that too. Thankfully, the flight back was great: very attentive crew, turned the ac on for us when again the business class section at row 7 became hot again. A330 neo huge improvement except for no individual air control anymore.…

Total Scam Practices

Every dirty trick and then some. Website regularly will not let you complete ticket purchase, when you try again ticket price is increased by $200 or so. Online check in regularly doesn't work, message on website saying the same lie... we are experiencing trouble blah blah blah. At airport going to USA they will not let you use the check in kiosk so they can force you to pay at the counter. Even worse, the line was an hour long then the person at the counter told me I could check in at the kiosk after getting a security sticker on my passport, so I went back and of course it was just another lie to try to make me miss my flight for not being extorted at the counter. Always pay for checked bags, more than half the time they lie and insist checked bags are not paid for...Total ripoff airline.…
