I love flying cape air and have flown it many times from St Thomas to Puerto Rico, also from New Bedford ,MA to Nantucket and Miami to Key West. Their planes are small, may 8-10 seats, no services like food but they flying only short hop flights lasting 1/2 hour or so...have always been on time when I flew with...

Unfortunately, Cape Air is the only choice for Decatur. It takes about the same amount of time to drive to ORD as it does to fly Cape Air when you include airport arrival time and their frequent flight delays (due to fog, rain, snow, a slight breeze or any of the million things they delay flights for). Most of the...

I always have a great flight with Cape Air. Staff is pleasant. I prefer to fly on small props vs Large jets. Incoming to SJU this time, there were many thunderstorms which he fly around. It was a great flight. This time I was not privileged to sit Co-pilot, but that is always great to do (NO, they do not...

The Saranac Airport is really cute. The Cape Air staff were great. I felt safe and cared for. The plane is supposed to be small.

I had to travel to Saranac Lake for work during the worst snow storm on record last January. The airport in Saranac Lake was closed for two weeks because the runway was frozen. They have to use a chemical called urea to thaw but it's very expensive. I was not able to fly into Saranac on my trip in but...

Picture this- day before thanksgiving, you’re looking forward to a nice hour flight. First, your flight is delayed an hour due to having no heat on the plane (It was in this moment when I should have known what’s to come. But holiday excitement.... so I let it go.) When we do take off, it’s an incredibly bumpy ride. I...

I’ve taken this airline a few times now and they are consistently the worst I’ve encountered. I took their taxi shuttle from Manhattan only to find out my flight had been delayed by half a day and may be cancelled, but was not updated beforehand even though they had known for hours. Previously on another trip - a pilot had...

We fly between Islands almost monthly and couldn't be happier with the service!! Extremely nice staff and very accommodating. You can purchase advance tickets for $109 each way, Good for use on any available flight to and from Puerto Rico and St. Croix. Small planes equal quick boarding and deboarding.
