Used British Airways for flights and hotel. Booking was reasonably straight forward, however with some homework cheaper prices could have been achieved independently. We paid an additional fee to select our seats only for these seats to be advertised for £4 or free less than 24 hours later. On contacting customer services it took 2 weeks to receive a response which was dismissive and failed to provide an explanation. On a positive, on both flights the cabin crews were fantastic. Plenty of food and drinks provided which was also very good.

Never book with BA

British airways over booked my flight on the 4th January. It has now been 3 months and I am still waiting for correspondence from them. I lost a days work, had to pay extra costs and have a disability meaning I couldn’t get back to take medication. British airways are not replying to any messages, or emails. All I want is my refund and compensation. Disgusting

Appalling service

I have do fly a lot with BA. Most of the flights I flew were delayed. Today sitting in flight to Paris delayed for more than two hours without an ETA. If you have a choice do not chose BA.

Usual appalling service - the last time

Everytime we fly with BA we pay to take hand luggage on board and everytime we are forced to put it through by very aggressive and rude staff - we are going to a family funeral and despite expressing concerns about personal, sentimental items in the bag there was no apology or reassurance. We have flown ba on this route regularly for years and are executive members - which clearly means nothing - never ever again

Worst business class experience yet and I've travelled a lot.

Fulll fare, business class frequent traveller - booked my seat 3 months prior to travelling and BA decides to take my pre-booked seat and give it to a family member of BA staff, on the day of travel. No warning, just a complete suprise at the airport. And they lie. I was told the seat had no power and therefore had to be changed. Nonsense! The seat was in perfect working order. They then moved me to another comparable seat, with no power! They then move me again to a middle seat, which was also not functioning properly but they had no other seats. Just a complete shambles. Worst airline ever. The crew really didn't know what to do but wanted to protect the BA staff member's family, in case they heard me complaining. I really didn't give a damn at that point. If this is how they treat business class travellers, or any class of traveller for that matter, then they do not deserve customers. There are far better airlines to choose from and that is exactly what I will be doing for my next trip.
