This is the worst company I was ever flying with. I booked a flight, they rescheduled the time of departureto be 3hours later, so I tried to cancel and receive my money back to book another flight (because I had a connection I needed to catch). First, you can’t find any service number that is working - I tried two and the call doesn’t go through. Second, they changed back the departure time of the original flight and send me a mail saying that they won’t refund me, because my flight is only 5 mins delayed. So now, I have payed for two flights for nothing. After that, they changed the departure time of the new flight as well to be 2hours earlier than planned, without even sending a mail. Then, I arrive at the airport and they tell me I have to pay extra for my carry on bag, because it’s too big - which they didn’t say anything about in or during my booking. When I told them so and showed the mails I received, they started to become really unfriendly. Never, ever will I fly with this company again. It’s the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever seen in my life…
