NEW

This flight was delayed for about three and a half hours. The flight was supposed to leave at 20:40, and actually left at 00:10. However, ARKIA people didn't give us any information about the delay, though they new ahead of time of this lengthy delay. Furthermore, only after more than two hours of delay, around 23:00 they finally offered us...

Not only the flight was delayed (both ways), but the intensity of security checks was humiliating and they turned my bag into a mess (inside!!).

If you fly from Tel Aviv to Eilat try to choose Dov airport. It’s almost in the very center and extremely convenient if you have a short flight. Arkia is quite alright. Domestic flights are rarely amazing nore is this. The airplane was a bit old but we felt safe and the plane was in good condition.

Friendly and helpful, my experience with this national flight was really easy. When making the flight booking I made a mistake and missed writing down my daughters middle name on the reservation. I wrote the airline mentioned the issue and within hours I got a response and they made the correction on their end. Easy and fast I was booked...

Flew from London-Stansted to Tel Aviv in Israel for a Red Sea Christmas holiday in Eilat, with three relatives. At check-in, one member of our party was advised by the Arkia personnel at the check-in desk that her luggage (a rucksack) should not go on the baggage belt and was instructed to instead leave it on the side of the...

Regarding the fact that is was a low cost flight, it was pleasant and especially interesting : we were the first passangers of this plane, it arrived empty the day before from France. A new model from AIRBUS ! The stuff - mostly men - were so proud of it ! The take-on and the landing went on very smooth...

After hearing that Arkia was a bit of a 'nondescript' airline, I was pleasantly surprised. I had more issues with the ground staff and airport bus that had been inefficient. We were kept waiting in a hot bus without being informed as to why. The hosts/hostesses on Arkia were just as good as more well known airlines; being friendly and...
