I plan on using them again
On the way to Asia i flew with air Canada, with rude staff and horrible food and they lost my baggage. But American airlines was an amazing flight back home. The flight attendants were really nice and attentive, and the food was really good and they helped me out when i thought i had two checked bags included but it was only one. She let me know that if i bring it through security first and then check it at the desk it's free! So i did that. I also made a change to my itinerary while abroad and it was easy to get in touch at odd hours.…

Never Fly with American Airlines
I flew with American Airlines 6 - 8 time a month for nearly two years. I know right? It took me that long to get fed up? I don’t know why I gave them so many chances. Believe me when I say this, I never had a flight leave on time. Not one! The worst part about that is most of the delays were due to mechanical problems. Very comforting. I’ve even had it where the first flight had mechanical problems and the layover also had mechanical problems. I can’t make it up!! In addition to being delayed when boarding the plane and leaving the gate, you will sit on the runway both waiting to depart and after landing. It’s ways something. “We are 8th in line to take off, we are waiting for a gate, we are waiting for a crew to pull us to the gate,” the excuses go on and on. Save yourself the frustration, loss of time, sleepless nights stuck at an airport, and choose any other airline. If you read this and still book with American Airlines, you’ll unfortunately experience it yourself.…

American Airlines has a real problem with delayed baggage and customer service
Lost our bag and didn’t deliver for our entire one week trip. Called numerous times to locate bag but kept getting passed around and didn’t get answer. Don’t fly with them!!! Service is appalling. What is so difficult about placing the delayed bag on the next available flight to destination?…

You lost our luggage
They lost one of five carry on bags because they allowed too many bags!!! Luggage still lost we call everyday and talk to representatives who are completely clueless to handle any situations!!! Customer service has American Airlines. I guess they will take our “ lost luggage” to Alabama in usa and try to make a profit to pay their overpriced white collar employees…
