11 hours is too long to sit in the tiny seats provided by American Airlines from Argentina to Dallas! The food was passible at best - we found the food on LAN Airlines to be a better quality the last travel we traveled to Argentina. Service was OK.

When ever I have gone home to the Netherlands or To Norway to visit family or friends I have always used a European airlines because the American Airlines have never had it together , EVER. ! My last three trips across the pond have been on British airlines . The reason that I pick them over the American Airlines is...

We sat on the tarmac at Philly airport in 93F for almost two hours. The reason? Apparently, the airplane that we were on was not the originally scheduled airplane. So, it was noticed shortly before take off that the food service had no been notified. The food scheduled for our flight was still on the other plane. It was a...

We flew American Airlines from Heathrow to JFK yesterday. We flew on flight 107. We flew Business Class. The gate was close to the general waiting area in terminal 3, the area with all the stores. Sometimes the gate is at a far distance. Boarding was very smooth. According to my watch, the flight was fully boarded before the scheduled...

My flights were efficient, but terribly uncomfortable. The aisles were narrow, the seats tight and no leg room! The attendants did what they could to make us comfortable, but when the plane is configured as it is, it isn't easy. Only one pass was made through the cabin for drinks and snacks.

Unfortunately, living in Philadelphia, American Airlines is the main airline flying out of the city. They pretty much have a monopoly of the airport. We sat on the tarmac or at the gate while all passenger were seated in the plane. After 3.5 hours on the plane, an announcement was made that anybody wanting to get off could, but there...

Service was nice and pilots kept us informed. We blew a circuit on the runway and had to come back for 2 hours but they kept updating us. Helpful!
