As in the title, for the short flight it is bearable. Service is terrible. Stewardesses are really annoyed and not friendly. As they would be forced to be there and they protest with annoyance... I don't know what the food is as I didn't have it on short flight, only drinks. Room leg is not big.

Worst airline experience in every asoect, very unhelpful and bad customer service, uncomfortable seats, and disappointing food. The flight attendant on multiple occasions refused to take away empty food trays and if you call them they don’t answer. Plain rude behavior and not worth the money.

This is the worst flight I have ever been on. The seating is so tight you can't even move, the attendant does not even check to verify if overheads are closed or if seats belts are fastened . We left at nine thirty at night so we got a meal and glass of wine that's all you can not purchase...

Scheduled to arrive in Rome [by American Airlines] at 9:45AM [Sept 12], we bought two seats on Alitalia flight 1365, departing for Trieste at 1:40PM - we thought that a connecting flight, nearly 4 hrs later, would give us plenty of time. Well - the AA flight was nearly six hour late - we missed our connecting flight. Alitalia agents,...

Worse customer service ever. Terrible food and please help yourself during a 9 hour flight because we certainly will not. Entertainment negligible and software from 2003. I though Lufthansa was bad, this was worse. Do yourselves a favor and book another airline

This was our first flight with Alitalia and I was very pleased. I contacted them a few weeks before we left to ensure my wife and I were seated together and they happily obliged. The seats were relatively comfortable, the food was fine and the flight attendants we dealt with were very accomodating. The flight attendants weren't overly warm or...

Comfortable flight with blanket and neck cushion provided. In-flight entertainment passable, but not a super wide and updated selection. Dinner was nice, but breakfast was minimal amd left a lot to be desired.

I am a frequent flyer, so I already have low expectations of airline travel. But let me warn you that Alitalia will most likely be your worst experience in a long haul flight. Want to chose your seat? They'll let you think so, but I'm pretty sure the seating is a crap shoot until you take off. My husband and...

Flew Business Class with a stopover in Rome. Experience similar to other European Airlines: standard legroom and seats with the middle seat blocked. Everything went smoothly but ounges for regional flights, are outdated. Price was great so nothing to complain about.
