First time flying with Alaska Airlines was so relaxing. Flew Alaska Airlines to LAX to catch a connecting flight with Cathay Pacific. Was able to check two bags with no extra cost and the checking in at the airport was very easy. Staff at Love Field was very professional and friendly. Embraer 175(E75) was the plane that l flew on...

Economy plus offers more leg room, early boarding, and free beverages. Most Alaska planes are equipped with GoGo in-flight which offers a variety of movies and TV shows.

I am an amputee, not that, that, should make a difference. From the time I booked my round trip flight to San Diego, it was easy going from the get-go! All of the staff, from the ground crew all the way to the flight attendants. I always have wheelchair assistance, that was quick, easy and very helpful, they stopped for...

we We’re able to obtain very reasonably priced tickets so we upgraded to the seats with extra leg room. This is well worth the small additional fee. The seats do go fast so you need to book quickly. Check in was quick and the flight was smooth.

I try to go alaska when heading to the other coast..the seats are larger and the planes seem newer..if you are lucky enough to get the old virgin america planes now flying as alaska you're in for more of a treat..this is still one airline that has pleasant staff and hasn't shrunk their rows and seats..I loved Virgin the best...

I would call it more of an Economy +. You paid $49.00 each way which gave you seating in the exit rows, more leg room, free drinks and early boarding. I travelled this leg four times over the last two weeks back and forth. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always going the extra mile. The Air Bus aircraft were...

Not sure how there can be 20 flight changes from 3pm to 8:30pm. Time of departure, delay, gate number etc. Sure the qantas flight from Sydney was delayed and so was the connecting flight but Alaska air had no record of our ticket and boarding pass issued by qantas. The only reason so far was for the patience of Alaska...

I recommend Alaska Air to everyone! My parents and I flew out of Houston to Seattle on Alaska Air. There were a few downsides, but that’s all airlines nowadays. Cramped seats, narrow aisle, etc. But what I found most rewarding was the flight crew. Even though we were in economy, I felt like we were in first class! The way...

Had to spend almost 7hours in a very small plane, with no TV or services that would create an enjoyable experience, I will never fly with them again if I have the choice. I am getting more value while paying less when flying low cost.
