We bought tickets several months before departure and booked seats. The Airline changed the plane and the seats without previous notice so there was no place for an upgrade even with payment. The leg space was less than desirable. Food service was just fine.

We bid to upgrade our seats and got an upgrade for $75 each. Gourmet luncheon was served. A new plan with extremely comfortable seats, foot rests and big pillows, etc. Service was great. This trip was comparable to 1st class domestic on any US airline. We had premium economy on United and got a little more leg room and that...

I flew few times with Air new zealand. The only reason I fly with them is the price. it is cheapest and fare. on my last flight from London to LAX on February 22, 2018 was not as pleasant as previous flights. Flight attendant (his name was Ian) was not only unprofessional but also was rude.I was told to put...

Everything was on time. I never saw a message to go to the departure lounge, all of a sudden it showed now boarding. All good though. Crew were friendly and fun. Only an hour flight but enjoyable, thanks.

I highly recommend air nz over many other airlines available especially when it comes to economy. There is much more room and comfort. The food is great and the service is exceptional. For domestic on an air nz flight compared to another flight I took that was international air nz has so much more to offer. Great deals always pop...

There was an issue with security at the airport so the queues were quickly right out of the terminal. No-one told us why for the hour we were hanging around and when I spoke to an Air NZ staff member about people pushig in, he just said "it's not my job." Very poor, disappointing

My first time ever flying Business Class and it was fantastic from start to finish. Air NZ lounges in Melbourne and Auckland were both excellent. Flight crew were very caring and attentive, food and beverages were excellent.

Both female and male host people seemed grumpy. We occupied a swindle and middle seat of 3 seats and instead I’d speaking to us, ice creams we thrust at us without comment or grace/civility.

Air New Zealand consistently offers top class service on the ground and on board. My check-in was a DIY exercise, with friendly helpful staff on hand when the machine didn't like my booking, but it turned out that they needed to check my visa. Two minutes with the ground crew and that was sorted. Aeroplane food is never well rated,...

If you can manage the extra amount for the ticket, it is well worth flying Premium Economy on these long flights. The added leg room definitely makes the ride more tolerable. Add to that, the food and beverage service you receive is equal to that in 1st class. Plenty of movies, tv, games etc. to keep you amused during the...
