I have travelered with Air Europa twice, and both time I had issues. The second time I was going to pay a difference fee, and a rude man in the desk, who did not listen to what we said, charged me for a completely new flight ticket, and 2 luggages that I had already paid for. I literally paid for the same seat twice, and paid almost 300 euros at the airport for a ticket that I had already paid for before, for around 60-70 euros. I was told to claim to Air Europa, which I did - it took over a month to get an answer, and they straight up said no to a refund or partial refund. I have since emailed them several times to investigate what happened, as I was not supposed to pay for an extra ticket, but a difference fee, and was actually told to claim it back from the airport - which they never responded to. This is over a month ago. Horrible service both at the airport and online after travel.…
