Another excellent flight in business class. The service, the food and beverage selections are second to none. A smooth flight, great people, great service, whats not to like! Keep up the great work Air Canada.

Had my flight delay for 3 Days and Air Canada would not give me a Hotel Voucher because they say it is a weather reason. The first day is understandable because there was thunderstorm. But for the next days? They did not even want to help you even if you explain your situation many times It was ridiculous and when...

Ok check-in and boarding. An hour delay in take-off. Rouge has the least legroom of any flights I have seen. This plane was their worst. Constant pressure from the seat in front of us throughout a Transatlantic flight even though I sat with my son and could use half of his room to cross over my knees. Your knee and...

Check-in was slow and crowded but the kiosk actually worked (unlike previous times). First timers should ask around because the lines are very long and usually not clearly marked. Security OK. Waiting area nice. Completely disorganized boarding with no room to line up, incorrect announcements about boarding groups and completely uncalled for rude aggression from ground crew against “lost travelers”...

No issues. Great space, everything worked for the most part. Great service by the Flight Attendants, and the fight passed quickly. Most unusual to have nothing to complain of, but it deserved it.

Flew with Air Canada..(air canada vacation) and I'm so disappointed with how air Canada is... They offer food inflight... On my way back home looking to have a decent meal BC the resort food in Punta Cana was terrible....air Canada was all out of food by the time they came to us.... And for $20 it's such a rip off...

Having flown with Singapore Air premium economy, my opinion is that Ar Canada was NOT worth the extra money. The seats were not as wide., and therefore personal space was still a concern. The PE section of the plane is alongside the wing and engines and therefore much noisier. Though the food was served with cutlery on crockery, the food...

Nothing stood out for me, was just a regular flight. I would have rated it excellent if there was something that was done that was exceptional but it was just another flight.

Here we are stuck behind another plane that needs to be towed out of the way. Didn’t make the gate after landing for almost an hour. This is not acceptable. Mr Pilot , please find another gate. Doesn’t end here. We were already been delayed for an hour and 20 minutes before take off. The excuse so lame and such...

The flight attendants were friendly, but that's about the extent of the positives here. Maybe I got spoiled from flying Qatar Airways on my last 14 hour journey, but I was unimpressed with Air Canada. I didn't have a blanket with my seat and when I asked for one the attendant grabbed a nearby open one that appeared dirty. I...
