Did what it was supposed to do. Take me from vancouver to toronto as per schedule. Checking in is easy as I just have a backpack. Its economy class so nothing fancy. Though I can use the air canada lounge at vancouver as i booked my ticket with aeroplan points and TD visa card.

Air Canada cancelled flight due to mechanical problems. I flew to Montreal, and was detained there overnight because the plane needed repairs. Flew out the next day thereby cutting one day of a seven-Daly holiday in France. Flew to Lyons in the morning, and stayed 6 days and returned. Got as far as Montreal with my wife, and they told...

I think the 787 is great. Headroom was exellent for a taller person. Personal screens with free movies, music, games and flight tracker for everyone. There must be something to their claims about less jet lag. Air and lighting contribute to that. It works!

Frankly, Air Canada staff did not need to accomodate me, but they did. They were not only helpful but remained friendly even when I was almost the cause of a late takeoff. No one seemed flustered or upset and I was so grateful for their help!

The flight was on time and the service was efficient and pleasant. We were kept informed about the flight status and the check in process went very smoothly. The quality of the food is the only downside of our Air Canada experience.

Flown three times return and have no complaints, pricing was competitive, check in was great, food and drink service on board was excellent. iPhone app gave all the info I needed plus a boarding pass. I also was kept up to date with schedule and gate changes. The Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges at both YYZ and LHR are both...

The flight attendant on the return leg even addressed us by name. That's good service, and we weren't the only ones.

flying Air Canada you must know that they offer nothing on the airplane that doesn’t cost something including blankets and pillows and food. Be prepared. You can rent the blankets and a pillow and buy the lousy food. This is truly flying without amenities. I know airlines say that they have a hard time supplying food and beverage but it...

We had a relaxing flight, the food served was excellent and the seats are oh so comfortable. When we had breakfast, I had taken my seat down like a bed and enjoyed every minute. It would br hard to fly next time economy again. The crew was extremely attentive and professional.

My husband has a disability and uses a walker. Staff went out of their way to try to make airport travel and boarding as easy as possible. They greeted him and took him everywhere he needed to go by wheelchair.
