Our experience with this airline was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable from check-in to check-out, rarely offering a smile. The only time we received any courtesy was when they wanted us to check in our bag due to a full flight.
At the transfer desk, the agent was more focused on her phone than assisting passengers. When it came time to board, there were no announcements or name calls, leaving us to figure things out on our own.
Customer service was frustratingly unhelpful, with staff constantly redirecting us to different counters. After being sent to five different counters, we were finally told that only elite customers receive in-person assistance—everyone else must email the call center, which, to make matters worse, does not even accept phone calls.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and support made for a terrible experience. Would not recommend.
