Plane on time and decent chairs. Nice service and plenty to drink. Sandwich in stead of snacks would have been nice though

I messaged their Facebook page to ask how much it would cost me to change my flight details. Literally as I was speaking to them they changed my flight status from 'on hold' to 'confirmed' which turns out meant that only now they can charge for the change. Before that I could have just cancelled the flights and book new...

Usually fly with Air NZ or Qantas across the Tasman but decided to give Aerolineas a try and was impressed. Service was solid rather than spectacular, but the flight was uneventful and crew very helpful.

Two years ago the service was poor, the staff wasn,t friendly, the catering wasn,t good, Not even water was given during the flight, no breakfast.... and many passengers were from the company,s staff. Now the overall service is better, the staff seems to be relaxed and I am sure it will continue improving ...

You need to be aware if you fly into Argentina from other countries that the baggage allowance on domestic Aerlineas Argentinas flights is 16 KG in economy. The day we flew this was being enforced and luckily we had upgraded to Condor class so we were allowed 20 kg. We did fly with them on other trips where they didn't...

We were informed via information boards that the flight would leave on time, unfortunately the boarding time passed and the check in desk kept telling everyone that boarding would start in 10 minutes. After 1 hour delay we were finally on our way. The aircraft itself looked brand new, although there was no inflight entertainment, not that we needed any...

It was the very first time I flew with my flag carrier airline, and I must say that the service was excellent. Both outbound and inbound flights were on time, the aircraft was brand new and comfortable. I would totally recommend it.

We took at least six internal flights in Argentina over a three week period this winter. Having read reviews elsewhere, and concerned about a very tight schedule, we were worried about delays and poor service. But Aerolineas Argentinas blew us away with excellent punctuality, new, clean and comfortable aircraft, and very pleasant crews. The highlight was the return flight from...
