I was booked on an early morning flight to Miami when at 6.50AM and with the taxi outside my door my airline cancelled my flight. I went to to airport to find out if there was another flight available only to be treated brusquely by the airline's check in staff. I checked online and saw that Aer Lingus had a...

On July 13 2017, I travelled from Tel Aviv to Athens, and from Athens I took an Aer Lingus flight to Dublin by. When I arrived at Dublin at 15.15 my suitcase did not come. I filled out the required form, and was told that I should buy what I need and will be compensated €80 a day from 24...

Flew from Belfast to Heathrow to connect with an international flight. What a great experience, crew were marvellous. My brother has mobility problems and the were so helpful to him. No more budget airlines, better paying a little more for comfort and servility.

There is only limited eating facilities in Belfast but flight left on time. Much more choice of catering at Heathrow Terminal 2, enjoyable meal in a restaurant on 2nd floor of departures. Somewhat secluded but not overly expensive. Flight delayed, little coomunications with passengers but finally enjoyed an uneventual flight back. Plan to fly again, no convenient alternative and small...

Superb friendly service, especially on Return Leg when I'd the fortune to have 3 empty seats beside me. After a Fine Meal of Real Cottage Pie, one of the Crew helped me to arrange my 'Lie-down!' A 4 Hour sleep ensued, when I woke I discovered I'd been covered by three blankets. Thoughtful, it's the little things that matter....

This is the second time we have flown with Aer Lingus and have really enjoyed it. Lots of leg room, good food and really friendly cabin staff. One of the few airlines that allows us to fly to Portugal and then return via Malaga. We also love sometimes having the extra time in Dublin which we did the last time...

We chose Aer Lingus for its reliability following the recent problems with another airline. It was more expensive but worth it. Both flights were on time. Comfortable cabin for short flight. Drinks and food were expensive but aren’t they always? I would definitely travel with Aer Lingus.

The booking process was easy, the crew were friendly and informative . . but! Seat spacing was tight and food was very expensive & in Euros on an internal UK flight!. That spoilt things a bit.
