We took off early, which is something I've never experienced in a flight. The staff were all lovely and professional, and the service was efficient. The staff didn't miss a beat! The flight experience from check-in through landing was smooth. We were comfortable and sufficiently entertained the whole flight. Great experience!

Best way to go. Take the evening flight, sleep most of the way and wake up in Dublin. Good service. Look for sales and acquire great deals..Really helps avoiding connections and delays on US east coast and going through the jungle in London Heathrow.

This airline is first class no matter where you sit. They provide food, snacks, and drinks throughout your flight. Having a t.v. at every seat made the flight go quickly. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this airline.

Flew from Warsaw, Poland to Dublin. This was one of the cheapest options we found, and it was a direct flight, which was a definite plus. Crew was efficient and baggage made it unharmed. No food or drink though, which would have been nice as it was a 3 hour flight. I would fly this airline again.

I travel to Boston from Shannon a couple of times a year with Aer Lingus. I find them very reliable and friendly and would definitely recommend them. The prices vary depending on the time of year and at times can be quite expensive. The new Aer Club reward scheme is in my opinion one of the worst ever and this...

This flight offers nothing much since the duration for the trip is short. In fact, we did not even get beverage service because they only managed to get through half the cabin before the plane started its descent into Cork, forcing the service to close prematurely.

Flew from Dublin to Orlando in May/June 2017. Got to say I was more than disappointed with Aer Lingus, our national carrier, has become budget airways. Gone are the days when they were comparable to British Airways and made the service an enjoyable experience. The food on board has taken a 10 year retrograde step backwards to when air food...

Once again experienced the excellent service Aer Lingus provides. On this occasion on the outward journey had movies/music on board which made the flight even more enjoyable and relaxing.
