For our most recent city break I choose Madrid. I am from Northern Ireland so nearest airport with that route was Dublin. Choose Aer Lingus over Ryan Air. With AL u get the usual benefits. I was flying with cabin baggage. No problem with getting through with my travel rucksack and an additional handbag. Also got seats together for no...

The flight attendants and crew on Aer Lingus flights are friendly and helpful. This flight was 6 hours and we were served a full meal and a light breakfast/brunch just before landing - included in price which also includes one free checked bag. Good value

This is our first time flying with aer lingus. The flight was good and so was the food. The two (row) seats we had could have been more comfortable if there wasn’t a fixed metal block on the floor. Will use again.

I was thrilled when I saw flights going from Philly to Dublin, via Aer Lingus. I have always loved this airline. However, this is a new route for Aer Lingus so that plane itself was much smaller than they typical international "air bus." It was two rows of 3 seats on each side (maybe a 737). It felt claustrophobically small...

I had no issues with this trip. I think all the flight attendants are professional, very nice uniforms and the food and drink service is good. I watched a couple of movies on the flight and that helped to pass the time. Overall, not bad.

Guys you really have to sort the priority boarding issues in Gran Canaria. People book priority boarding for different reasons. On this flight there were a lot of elderly passengers who paid for priority boarding to avoid the pushing and shoving on to the aircraft and to ensure there is room for their hand baggage in the overhead lockers. To...

This was first time using Aer Lingus and what a pleasant surprise. Both the ground and flight crew were very friendly and helpful. The in-flight entertainment had extensive selection of current and classic movies. It kept me entertained through out the flight. The food was pretty good compared other airline. It had a nice Irish flair with the soda bread....

There is only one thing that saves this airline; the 90% of inflight staff that are genuinely friendly and genuinely want to do there best, and the small number of ground staff who do the same. Without these people, this airline would be even WORSE than Ryanair! Unfortunately they tend to be the longer serving employees who still retain a...

The flight crew was wonderful. The plane was short on legroom and the seats could use extra padding.
