The plane was late leaving Adelaide, but caught up in the air. Again in Economy+ section of the aircraft and again full. Food or "snack" a cookie and a drink... very basic. They really need to work on this? The virgin service is getting better, but you get one flight attendant who think they are better than dealing with passengers....

We flew over to Adelaide on Virgin Australia in Economy+ and what a experience. Their service levels have changed from basic to excellent in half of a year since our last flight with them. The only thing is the food or "snack" they should be more like Virgin America in this department. Virgin America's economy+ was more pick what ever...

Flew VA1 to LAX in economy X. Nice extra legroom if not a little pricey. Food was inedible rubbish and what happened to a simple tray? You get a foil tray of slop and a cardboard box for the other stuff. Left 2 hours late with no communication. Coming back it got worse! Food was more inedible and service was...

Just had a couple of ripper flights with Virgin, I had the exit row seat on my own for the 4 hour flight to Darwin. The flight attendants were great and everytime a passenger moved up into one of the many empty exit row seats they were rightfully and quicky moved back after being told that other passengers have paid...

This was our return flight with Virgin. We were travelling with our 9month old baby (and his pram & car seat) and my triathlon bicycle. When we took all of the items to oversize I was told to lay the bike down. I explained that the bike was on a frame inside the bike bag and wasn’t designed to be...

What a difference there is between Delta Airlines and Virgin. The hostesses were lazy and couldn't be bothered even though were Business Class passengers. You had to ask for everything you needed. The meals were awful and they couldn't accommodate my garlic allergy even though they had been notified about this. We thoroughly enjoyed our flight over, but the flight...

This was without doubt the worst plane experience we have had.....and we have been travelling for 50 years. The amount of leg-room in Row 16 just MUST have been illegal! We are quite slim, both of us, yet it was almost impossible to squeeze into our seats at all. In addition, I was in the middle of 3 seats and...

As with the four other Virgin flights on this trip the flight was late. This time by 50 minutes. Virgin didn't notify us, but "Trip Case" did. The plane was a reasonably new 737, but it didn't have foot rests. The service provided by the purser and cabin attendant in our cabin did a brilliant job. Their attractiveness and thoughtfulness...

This airline was pretty good, I flew with it from Sydney to Ayers Rock, the flight was comfortable and relaxing. For short flights (1-4 hrs) this was good quality and service. There are good TV and movies but you have to download an app before you board the plane to get free tv and movies.
