Air Asia worst Airlines in the planet!

Manila - Cebu IslandDomestic

Air Asia is the Worst airline in the planet. This makes Manila domestic airport worst and poorly managed and staff is not well equipped. Customer service is non existent. A complete overhaul revamp restructuring is required.

That was a nightmare since I booked trip to finish flight. Chaotic procedure during checking on line and app. Errors each step. I was exausted wasting hours. Purchased meal on line I havent got. Disaster. The warst line ever.

Rip off!

Manila - Cebu IslandDomestic

Was just a little late to check in. I was told I had to purchase another ticket for next flight @ 4 x original price. After getting through security check noticed my original flight still hadn’t departed, but I didn’t have a boarding pass. Then my new flight departed over an hour late! And , to ad insult to injury, the canned beer was served at room temperature with a plastic cup of ice.

Worst airline ever!!!

Absolutely the worst airline I’ve ever flown with and I have traveled all over the world so that’s saying a lot! They disguise themselves as a “budget airline” but in reality they charge you for everything! You’re only allowed a measly 7kg for carry on and if you go over that even slightly they will charge you a ridiculously high fee. So they’re not a budget friendly airline. It’s all false advertisement from these scamming fraudsters. I hope they go bankrupt. They also don’t put groups together on a plane. I was traveling with my girlfriend and they didn’t seat us together! I asked for them to reseat us twice and each time they asked for an enormous fee! I have never experienced this with any other airline in my entire life. Any other airline and I could change my seat no questions asked. This stupid greedy corrupt airline asks for money for everything! I strongly recommend not to fly on this airline if possible. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned

Horrible experience

Ok missed my flight, and instead of a change fee they charged me double the price for another ticket. I I didn't have an extra bag they were going to make me go downstairs a buy another bagage to split the things in my carry on
