Liat I cannot thank you enough for the superb service I’ve received over the past 2 weeks whilst travelling with you between St Lucia, barbados and St Vincent - your cabin crew have been smiley, well presented and efficient and the turn around of aircraft whilst on the ground has been fantastic with prompt service and early arrivals on all...

Based on the comments in the internet concerning LIAT, we expected big issues (e.g. delays, flight cancellations, extra prices, bad check-in process etc.). But then there was a big surprise: Overall we had 12 flights during our 4 weeks vacation with different airlines, and this one flight with LIAT was the only one without any issue. It was on time...

Seats worn out and cannot recline Extra leg roon not available. Staff generally very helpful but but airline contiues their poor reliability record which...

Sooooo after my flight from Barbados to trinidad being delayed over 2 hours “due to inbound flight being delayed” which was a lie we boarded the same plane that was sitting on the tarmac the whole time. We caught a flight from trinidad to Antigua shock horror it left on time, upon arriving in Antigua a group of 4 of...

LIAT has greatly improved. The flight left and arrived on time. The flight attendant was a darling. The check in process was great. Everything flowed nicely.

What a shocker of a day. Avoid flying with these cowboys at all cost. They are absolutely shambolic. Arrived at 5.10am for a 40 min flight leaving at 6.40am to St Lucia. We were told a pack of lies from start to finish. At check in, 'I'm sorry the flight is running 20 mins late due to the late arrival...

Having travelled all over the world I can truly say this airline wins the Worst Airline Award. Why? .... It is down to a combination of the following - incompetence, rudeness and total disregard for their customers. To start with, we were delayed 3 hours for technical reasons at Barbados on our flight to Grenada - this cannot be helped....

LIAT has awesome flight attendants, however, I wish for the hot beverage there was actually peppermint, as not everyone can have Lipton or soda. Nevertheless Flight attendants are engaging and quick to respond to customers. And they have been on time even ahead of schedule so be sure to check in at the requested time...

It was my first time traveling on Liat airlines. I boarded the plane with trepidation, due to previous negative complaints. But I'm here to tell you traveling Liat is the way to go. Strongly recommend.

I have been flying LIAT for many years, every year about 20 to 25 times, between the CARIBBEAN islands. And I always have had grave complaints about late departures, lost connections and lacking information. So this time I have to say: LIAT has GREATLY IMPROVED their performance. I had 8 flights with them in January, touching Barbados, St.Lucia, Grenada, St....
