Extremely disappointing experience with Air Asia on 01 March 2025 for flight AK 9. Despite booking for two people and obtaining our boarding passes 1.5 hours prior to the flight, we were not informed about the gate closure. We reached out to the check-in staff and customer support, but unfortunately, received no assistance and were met with rudeness. Notably, they acknowledged their mistake, yet still denied us boarding despite arriving 20 minutes before takeoff. Furthermore, the flight itself was delayed. I followed up via phone, but the issue remained unresolved. This lack of communication, poor service, and unprofessional behavior has left a lasting negative impression, and I will reconsider flying with Air Asia in the future.
