I fly a lot, and this is the worst experience I've ever had. They cancelled both of my flights (GDL-PVR and return) because they weren't full enough. For my first leg, they didn't send any notification by email, so I was waiting at the counter for two hours until a staff person showed up (1 hr before departure) and told...

I booked a 1:30 pm flight from Zihuatanejo to Mexico City on Sept 23. I booked a separate flight from MC to Calgary, Alberta with Aeromexico leaving at 6pm that same day. That was my mistake, not making one reservation with a changeover. The rest of this disastrous day was the fault of this abysmal airline. I had checked in...

Flight back: same small airplane, uncomfortable seats, and a bumpy ride due to the weather and clouds. A glass of juice and some red-colored chillie-lemon flavored creepy crispy snack. Long wait before boarding and takeoff.

Small airplane, bumpy trip (due to weather), quite small and uncomfortable seats. Like a bus with wings, only buses are more comfortable. Luckily a short flight.

Seats are narrow but leg room is decent. Since it was a short flight, they only served a small drink and some chips.

I flew out of Merida an hour late due to a flight delay. This meant by the time I rushed over to another terminal, I had missed my connecting flight with United. They told me I had to go back to the first terminal & get AeroMar to organize a hotel & meals for overnight. The staff had all left...

This was my second trip with Aeromar and it was worse than the first one. All started when we arrived at the airport in Puerto Vallarta and did not find our flight on the departure screen. It turned out that Guadalajara is not the last destination of the flight after a short stop there the plane goes to Los Mochis....

The flight duration is only 40 minutes (to get from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta). That really saves time, as another option to get there is to have a 5-6 hours bus journey. The plane is quite small and it has some propellers with is really unusual these days. However, that would not distract much and you would be able to...

I'd walk before I'd fly Aeromar again. Check in going and returning was a major hassle; could not believe how long it took. For return flight, they only had 3 of 4 tickets. I've been flying commercially for 50 years. I've been in planes so small I couldn't sit up straight, been in a plane that had to dodge mountains...
