**Review: My Worst Experience with SereneAir – Karachi to Islamabad**
My experience with SereneAir was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience of my life. I traveled from Karachi to Islamabad, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
The flight was initially delayed, and when I tried to contact their customer service for assistance, I was met with complete incompetence. I tried every possible channel – their customer service numbers, email, online chat, and even their UAN numbers – but none of them were helpful. There was no response whatsoever, leaving me stranded and frustrated.
After exhausting all options, I had to go to the airport myself to reschedule my flight. I managed to change it to a flight three days later, scheduled for 11:30 PM. However, when I arrived at the airport with my mother, we were informed that the flight had been delayed again, this time until 4:00 AM. Instead of waiting for five hours, I decided to return home. I finally made it back to the airport at 3:00 AM, only to face further delays and confusion.
This entire ordeal was exhausting and completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and constant delays made this the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with an airline.
My simple suggestion to anyone considering SereneAir: **DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE**. Their service is unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better airline for your travels.
I will never fly with SereneAir again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
