We had never flown with a propeller plane, so that was a nice first experience. However, communication was very bad. The worst part for us was the feeling of being robbed. When buying the ticket online, we had paid extra for a 30kg and 20kg luggage - since we know this wasn't included in the standard ticket. The fact that...

4+ hrs of waiting! Due to a schedule that is too tight and no spare planes you need only one disruption in the morning to rnd up with massive delay in the afternoon. At least we got some food and drink... and hardly any information which changed over time so we were kind of lost... please garuda, start serving Kaimana...

For unclear reason the flight was delayed 1,5 hours. Information was only available after asking and was incorrect. But we got some water. Airplane was unbearbly hot before flying. The flight itself was ok, luggage came relatively fast.

Wings air is airlines that own by Lion Group, normally they are using ATR 72 (500/600) and for short distance flight. From Semarang to Surabaya we can take first flight (6 am) and flight back at nite (7.40 pm), it cut travel time from 8 hrs to 1 hr only. No meals during flight, but it's ok since it's only...

I booked this flight because this is the one and only flight from Meulaboh to Medan. The flight was delay about 30 with no reason. But the journey was good because the cabin crews looked very enthusiast and the cabin was clean. One thing that i hate form Wings Air, because the bus who picked up the passanggers from the...

Today I had a flight from Labuan Bajo to Lombok with a transit in Denpasar of 80 minutes. However, the flight in LBJ was 2.5 hours delayed. When we could finally board the stewardess told me that I would miss my transit and that I would have to arrange a new flight for tomorrow (last flight of the day). When...

Cheap low cost flights with no service at all (not even water). We took two inter-island domestic flights with this company and for some reason, they were never on time. Seats were dirty.

When we took the flight from Bali to Labuan Bajo, it was 1h delayed. I thought bad luck, but all good. The plane from Labuan Bajo to Bali was again delayed - i thought maybe this happens all the time! An apology? Information? Nothing. You just sit there hoping it will ever show up. The worst part was that the...
