I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with GO AIR on flight G8537, PNR no. B7Q6Q2, on 11 February 2021. Upon arrival, I discovered that my baggage was severely damaged, and my suitcase, worth 9000/- Rs., was broken. The staff on-site were helpful and made a Damaged Baggage Report, assuring me that I would receive compensation from the airline.
However, despite their promises, I have not received any follow-up or action regarding my compensation to date. It has been several months, and my attempts to contact customer service have been ignored. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable.
I expected better service from GO AIR, and this experience has left me frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope the airline addresses this issue promptly and improves their customer service to prevent such problems in the future.
