Very very cramped... actually, and I wouldn't expect to say that, was even worse that Ryanair or any other low-cost.... Felt that we're asphyxiating in there... 3hr nightmare!! As for food? That was a joke...filter coffee or beverage and a mini cookie, even cafe's give for free! You pay regular airline for services of low-cost!! Never again... Alleluia Aegean!

A really good experience, do not rely on negative feedbacks . Judge by yourself.

Before flying with them, I checked reviews here a day before and was really afraid. At my surprise, I had a smooth trip with their new Airbus and it was on time. I know the seats are not that big and asked the crew if I can move to any free seat and she said only after take off. I was lucky to find an exit row with more legroom. Please people reading reviews , each experience is different, so do not rely on these negative reviews only I recommend them as I have traveled with other companies and Sky Express is not as bad as portrayed.

Terrible Ukraian airlines (not as per standart of EU)

Disaster! This is Ukraians airlines which way forced by our Czech government to be used in other to help Ukraine. This company is terrible, no EU standarts. They don't even speak Czech to make announcement and they have constantly problem with aircrafts. Many incidents, well this is standart of UA not to have proper check. Do not use this Ukraians airlines. We were delayed twice, first 4 hours and no compensation and after 1 day.

They lost my suitcase.

I was waiting for my suitcase on the treadmill and my suitcase didn't arrive, I'm literally without anything, just with my body clothes and the phone charger and my phone, because all my items were in the checked suitcase, they didn't give me any position, they just had more people fill out form like this, I came from holidays and this became a nightmare for me.

Unbelievable worst experience ever!

Terrible!! booked flight from Athens all paid including seat and lounge access couldn't check-in walked over to sky service desk was told the flight was full they had given my seat to someone else from earlier cancelled flights .absolutely shocking will never use again.
