Well may be just the present crew, it was not as friendly then Aeromexico, sorry to say. But cannot really complain.
Booked on line via Expedia. Everything appeared normal until trying to check in at the airport kiosk. We were unable to do it and then needed to see an agent. Apparently somewhere in the fine print there must be something about baggage. We were unaware that out ticket did not cover checked bags and then needed to get in line...More
Very nice flight. On this leg (Lima to LA) we had full access to individual seat screens with many options for games, movies, etc. Both lunch and dinner were served and the food was great! Also took Latam on a couple of short hops within Peru. No problems whatsoever.
We booked a trip to Peru through Tripmasters. The trip included air transportation with LATAM. LATAM would only communicate with Tripmasters and they advised us 3 days before our return that LATAM had cancelled our flight from Cuzco to Lima and also our flight from Lima to Orlando. WOW! this is was flying used to be...focus on the customer experience and attention to detail, feel respected and appreciated as a customer; bags, meals, entertainment, pillow and blanket included, flight attendants with a great attitude and competitive price, 4 on time flights and connections ...I am glad to find an airline that knows how to treat their customers.

Arrived at Cusco Airport to discover that the plane had gone. The check-in time on the tickets was wrong for the 12 members of our group and also a group of French travellers who suffered the same fate. Did LATAM not realise that there was a problem when most of the passengers for the flight didn't turn up?
the treatment on air is as usual very good. My objection is on what happens to the ground. Latam people refuse to make announcements on flights, gates, priority etc in English. They do it only is Spanish. Even when you protest, they choose to ignore you and continue in English.
Got this flight as it was the cheapest going. I was very impressed, the plane appeared brand new! The inflight entertainment was great, with a large tv in the seat in front. No food/ alcohol for free, but that's a budget flight!
We had a few internal flights with Latam and have no complaints... Smaller planes means less room, however we weren't uncomfortable, the service was good.. Most of the pilot instructions were done in English and Spanish, and the crew had excellent English themselves... The food was good, albeit Spanish influenced, naturally..
