Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic hands-on museum. It made feel feel old seeing toys from my childhood in a museum. Don't be put off by assuming the museum is just for kids - all ages will enjoy this place from 2 - 100. For what it is it's amazingly cheap, and is obviously a labour of love for all those who look after the place.

Such a gem. Compact but full of working interactive, historic, educational and fun exhibits and experiences. Highly recommended. Our family really enjoyed it and thought it was a great place to spend a few hours. Great staff - especially Paul (we really hope you can find a connection in Ohio to get the information you are after for your awesome cash register). Really nice gift shop.

So much to see, and great for young and old alike. Many interactive activities. Especially with kids the old timey communications systems. And the make-believe butcher shop.

I must bring all of my grandchildren here for an interactive experience. So interesting and a blast from the past! I’m so glad that people recycle rather than dumping old goods. Helpful and pleasant volunteers.
